Do you ever have fans that LIKE and then unLIKE your page?

This can be really annoying, especially when someone you know (such as a Facebook friend) LIKES the page and then a week later unsubscribes (unlikes the page). Has that ever happened to you? Most times, i simply take it as an indication they didn't find what they were looking for and make adjustments to what i think fans are trying to find. But you can't keep all your Facebook followers. What are your thoughts on this?

I don't know them personally but yes they did liked my fan page for a period of time and when they received some of my updates, they unliked it lol. I believe they are not actually a fan but probably have accidentally liked my page just because they saw I have hundreds of fans.

People sometimes just do liked pages when they see its a popular page.

Yes I have created fan page for my website and many times people like that and sometime unlike, so this process often goes on.

It happens, mostly because they were simly liking and either lost interest, or was tired of seeing those updates and don't know you can just shut them off.

This reminds me of a follower of my husband in Facebook. The woman never failed to post a comment on the daily posts of my husband. She even claims that she is the president of my husband’s fan club in Facebook. And then something happened to one post that another follower made a derogatory comment against that fan. Maybe she was slighted and unfriended my husband. Not to be content, she scoured the timeline of my husband’s account only to “unlike” all the likes she had made to the posts. It’s really crazy. Why do people have to make Facebook their career? I wonder.
