Is there any way to make a Facebook page private? Or, is every post viewable to the public?

You will need to access your privacy settings.

Just click:
- Settings (The Gear on the top right)
- Privacy Settings
- Timeline and Tagging (Left)

From there you can edit who can see your timeline posts and more.
