    How often do you update or make changes to your Facebook about page? For instance, do you verify the information on that page regularly?

    If I move cities or change jobs, I will likely update the About Me page to keep my friends and family current on what I'm doing now. This could also help them locate me in case of emergency if we are disconnected and lose contact.

    The About me page on your Facebook page is for letting your fans know more about you. And, what you include on this page will differ from what you have on your timeline about me page. There is no mention of relationships or family on the Facebook page.

    I would have to say you should update it as soon as you know there is a change. Just keep an eye on it, and if there are changes to be made do it.

    I was about to fill in the blank spaces in the About section of my Facebook account when I read a post about crooks. Don’t post your home address, said the post, because criminals may be watching you. It’s not good to let them know that you are out or away on a vacation. And I agree to that because when we travel, it is my habit to post pictures. That would give the crooks an idea that I am not home. Anyway, I have stopped adding information to my Facebook account.
