    How to stop people from sharing links to unlisted videos

    A friend of mine got a link to one of my unlisted videos and decided to post it on her Facebook and now SO many more people have seen the video. Considering how private the video was, I was not interested in having many other people see the video. Is there a way to retract the unlisted video link or change it so the video is not accessible by others who don't have permission from me?

    You can't stop people from sharing videos. You just have to share only with trustworthy people, otherwise your personal videos could be spread over the internet and even downloaded by strangers.

    Another issue to worry about is when you share an unlisted video link and someone downloads the video and then uploads on their own account. Or, in some way shares with someone y ou don't know. For that reason, just don't share very private videos online unless that person is a family member or someone you trust very well.
