What would you do about an offensive video?

Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ

If I saw an offensive video of someone bullying or being cruel to another person or animal, I would report it. What would you do?

Obviously I shall report it also and I shall pass a comment to the video down to every one to make it report so that the video organization can delete it from their server.
