    Emails are being automatically deleted

    The emails that I'm receiving at my domain are disappearing even when I have not deleted them. I've lost some very important contact details for one client as a result. Is there some way to prevent my emails from being deleted by my domain/hosting?

    Ensure that you don’t have any auto-purge set up. And, how you do this will vary depending on your domain registrar/host company. If given the option on how frequently to auto purge a folder, choose never.
