A security incident forced us to restore from a backup taken on 28 August. Orders and payments made in roughly the 24 hours before the restore may not appear in your account yet. We are recovering them.

Most times, I keep a domain for two years before letting it go. The average cost is $20, which is not bad for the time allowed. Also, that gives me plenty of time to decide whether or not it's worth the investment.

I don't sit on domains I don't think won't eventually sell... So it is always worth the investment of $10 per year to keep it on my books until further notice :) Don't sit on crappy domains if ya don't have to ;)

Sometimes I register domains for some unknown reason.. usually on impulse if I find a 'what I think' is nice domain.. and try to develop a project on it.. and then it fails.. so I simply delete it (if given the option) or don't renew. Sad story.. :( But sometimes, my projects turn out nice and I sell them! :D :rolleyes: Just a couple times though.. :|
