Escalate Hosting would be able to help you with this exact thing. I transferred to them from GoDaddy a while back and it was painless and seamless. Plus they offer everything GoDaddy did but way cheaper ($1.89/month).

Most of the forum owners transfer to the new hosting company using cpanel level backup. I have seen mostly cpanel level transfer from one host to another. I am guessing this is the most easiest way to do things.
