Are you late today?

Today i got up in 8:45 so i knew i would be late for my job.

When i go to our Chinese school i find the punched-card machine was 9:45.

My boss told me you wre late and be published for 10 yuan.

I am not happy now.

Do you late as me?

I got up fairly early and got to work very quickly. But, then had to take a break for about an hour to balance my checkbook. I'm sure I will work very late to make up for the hour away.

The best part of self employment is no wake up time. I can sleep in as long as I can afford it, but that does not happen since I have a three year old who wakes up at 7AM on the spot every single morning. That's my alarm clock.

Kids are great alarm clocks. c:

And, the best reason to work hard. Before I was a mom, I wasn't very good about schedules, now I live by them. So much has to be done in so little time. Wish I could stay awake 20 hours a day and still be productive. I would get so much done.

It's no late being docked for being late at work. That's really lousy. Are you late today?

I am lucky not to have to suffer that with my work situation but I still feel for you.

Honestly, I sleep less now that I'm self employed than I did when I had a so called real job. I have way more to do and since I'm at the house all the time working on my computer, I see more stuff to do in the house, not even related to work. So it's all piling up on me in terms of too much to do, too little time and yes I'm always late on something. Though never late on a job related assignment, just personal stuff.

Hi, Samxim you will think that this may be impossible, but I must say that I never get late. I am always wake up earlier and get at work in time. Even If I have a meeting with a friend I never late, in fact sometimes I get there earlier!

It is not always easy to keep up with time and that's what most of these bosses at our workplaces have failed to understand. I have had such experience and that's the reason that I was transferred to a new branch that I manage at the moment.

Ironically enough today I overslept by two hours, yes you heard right, by two hours. I guess I was more tired then I thought I was, last week and during the weekend I didn't get enough sleep and I guess this was the result. Waking up late messes up your whole day. I didn't do so much and when I reached my desk I really felt like calling it a day. I decided to not do what I had planned. I did what absolutely had to be done for the day and called it a day. I decided to go home get some sleep and prepare for the next day.
