i work out for 1 hour every day and also go for a couple of miles long walk every sunday, although this won't be very pleasant now in winter.

I am not able to sleep much with my work schedule, so on my days off, I catch up on sleep and lounge in bed. In this way, I am able to recuperate from the stress of working.

I take care of my health in many ways including maintaining my eating habits and exercising more. Just going for my morning walks is a huge step in the right direction to keeping a healthy lifestyle. I get up off the couch and get physical, by going running, doing more outdoor activities, and drinking lots of water. Positivity and determination are the keys to success. For me to stay as healthy as possible I have to be the main active participant in my own health care and body. I try my best to keep a nutritious and well-balanced diet on a daily basis. Every once in a while I do have my cheat meals, but the main focus is eating greens, vegetables, and cutting down on too much salt. I also make it a a main priority to have my yearly checkups just to make sure my body is functioning properly.

I have a daytime job on weekdays. The pressure is great and I am stressed out too often. To neutralize the negative effect on my body and mind, I eat nutritious food like fish and vegetables. I also get a massage once or twice a week to relax my tired muscles. When I have to work for long hours in the computer, I stand and take a short walk every hour. They call it smoking break although I don't smoke. Getting away from the computer for 5 minutes every hour is a good healthy habit.

Ensuring that I take lots of water is a way to keep myself in good health as regards working behind the laptop for the longer period of time. Also, it is always a good way to get the toxins out of the body as well

Living my life without paying a lot of attention on news. Honestly, stress can take all the diets, gym, and caring from you, so I rather do some Yoga, and stop checking out every time some presidents make fun of themselves. I sleep at least 7 hours every night, I eat all I want with moderation and by small portions, I do about 20 minutes of cardio daily, and fall in love of anything cute, a doggie, a plant, a meal, a person. Live life because is too short to stop eating or killing yourself at the gym.

I like your stance on the news reports because we can truly be stressed by the news. Last night there was the news report that included a video on some kids on the street who were robbing an old man of his bag. There were around 7 or 8 kids aged 12 to 15. I was really angry at what I saw and even said that those kids should be sent to the electric chair. Oh well, maybe I should also stop watching the evening news.

Exactly, you must be living in a country that is as violent and insecure as mine. So, you truly understand how frustrating, insane, and sad, is to watch the news, and just know about all the robbery, fraud, murders, and corruption, happening every single day, with no stop or solution. So, I had to stop watching them, or otherwise I would need a shrink.
