I've been using essential oils since two years. The subtle fragrance surrounding my environment has helped me concentrate better. It somehow has a healing effect mentally, physically and emotionally. I even use some in cooking and stuff. My personal favorites include sage oil, star anise oil, cannabis flower essential oil, sandalwood oil, nutmeg oil, cinnamon oil, etc. There are other flavoured essential oils that i burn in a burner every day, like lavender, apple rose, sandalwood, berries, etc.

Not really, I know them because my Yoga instructor, use to put a drop in the middle of my neck or chin. The smell is really good depending on the one she uses, but always is something related to mint or citrus kind of. I've heard about aromatherapy, which is based in the use of these oils, but never has had the chance to experience it. I would like to try a mix of coconut and lime or some red fruit smell like cherry or cranberry.

Yes, in so many applications, both internally and externally, although primarily externally.

I use them in diffusers, in body/hair care, for health/medical issues, to clean, and to make products.

My common arsenal:
Tea Tree
Eucalyptus
Lavender
Peppermint
Clove
Rosemary
Patchouli
Lemon
Clary Sage
Grapefruit
Cinnamon

Plenty others

Wow! that's what I call an arsenal. How do you use it in your body, do you put some oil on your body lotion and shampoo? And what about for cleaning? Do you put something in a cloth and clean around the house? That seems really interesting.

Lavender and rosehip oil are my favorites. Lavender is great for so many things like sleep and even your hair. Rosehip is great for your skin. I'd like to try peppermint and grapeseed oil soon, I hear they have many benefits as well. Essential oils are amazing and everyone should try them.

I get a regular massage, sometimes twice a week and the least is once a week. The massage therapist makes home service so it is very convenient for me. My schedule of massage is after dinner time at around 9:00 pm so I proceed to bed right after the massage session. The oil that I use is mint flavor which gives a hot feeling when applied. I feel the essence penetrating the skin and even the flesh when the essential oil is rubbed on my back. It’s also a nice feeling when the legs and thighs are applied with oil because I feel so refreshed when I wake up in the morning.

The lavender scent calms me if I’m feeling a little anxious but I don’t know if I want to spend money on other oils if it’s not going to help or if I won’t like the scents
