How can I create local listing to website or business without spend alot of money? I don't want to use software either.

You can do a search for citation websites and that should give you a pretty big list of where you can add your business information.

I know you don't want to spend any money, or use software, but that's two of the fastest ways of doing this. You can pay someone a few dollars and they will submit your information to dozens or hundreds of citation sites.

If you want to do it manually, here's a list of citation type websites.

There are loads of places you can add your business listing to. I know I just Googled where to create local listings to my websites and then did them myself. It took some time to get done but it just cost my time. I wasn't a member here and didn't know I could just pay someone to do it for me.

Have a search in the services here and see what comes up. There are some really excellent sellers here and I am sure the cost of having someone do it for you won't be too much.
