Do you get several buyers who allow orders to be automatically approved?

I am curious, as sellers do you get a substantial amount of buyers who allow orders to be automatically approved after the 5 day period? On average a third of my buyers do this and I do not like it as I prefer to get their review.

I've had plenty of buyers not rating my services but I changed my delivery message a few times during the time and that increased the amount of reviews with about 40%. Nowadays, I'd get about 75% feedbacks on my orders and I think that's great. You'll always have those people who'd never leave a review, no matter what you say or do. But 7.5 out of 10 possible reviews are outstanding for me.

Here's my delivery message:

Hello, I just wanted to let you know that I've delivered my work & your service is completed!

Hi Elite,

Order delivery without a review does happen frequently. I believe what is happening with this particular scenario is that people get an email showing order delivery, then may not see the text box for the review. Sometimes members don't login for the 5 days even after the delivery has occurred. A way to increase your reviews is to communicate with the client before, during and after the order with a couple reminders to "Please Rate and Review". This is a good customer service practice that also increases the potential of repeat orders from the clients.

Actually I do send responses regularly, and most of the buyers reply to them. But then once they get what they ordered they just sort of do not bother to mark it complete or leave a review. Since most of them are regular customers of mine I know that probably they got used to the fact that I deliver what they want every time, and so they do not worry about checking what I delivered. It is a sign of trust to a certain extent. Sometimes I ask them to take the time to leave a review as it is helpful for us sellers, but I do not want to make them or push them to do it. I do not feel that comfortable with that.

I think it is ok to add "please don't forget to rate and review" on all of your delivered orders. Personally, from a buyers stand point I would feel that this is professional and I would be more apt to rate and review. Conversely, I would not send your clients separate messages to rate and review as this could be an annoyance.

I really think I will start to do just that, within the order, when I attach the article and deliver it. It is a good idea and it might actually help to reduce the number of orders that remain unrated/reviewed.

Hi EliteWriter thank for your query. I have been working on SEOclerks last 5 years, which almost from the beginning of the SEOclerks. And until today my order has passed more then 10-15 thousand but my rating 3 times less than original order. It is meaning I did not get mass amount of ratting from buyer. And cause may happened different reason. I saw most of the buyer does not know how to rate for their purchased service and some even not conscious for rating. So, probably most of the order being complete automatically.
Though, personally I do not want to complete any order automatically without rating.

I also get many buyers who don't mark the job as delivered or leave feedback. Not sure why. On every order completion i politely ask buyer to leave positive feedback and / or recommendation. Sometime even after 2-3 days again after delivery, while most of my services i provide within first few hours after order, even these where delivery time is set to up to 5 days... So it looks like some buyers just don't worry and don't want to do so, even few of returning regular customers. And that is it, i am trying my best but it doesn't work every time

I have always marked orders as completed as soon as possible, plus added a review and also a recommendation if the work is really good.

I just think that it is the right thing to do. If someone does a good job for me then I like to show appreciation. Even if the job is not spectacular I still think it is good business practice to not leave the seller waiting longer than is necessary for their payment.

Is there perhaps not a way that SEO Clerks can help sellers with this issue? Not in the way that you make the time shorter or make a recommendation a necessity, but rather give buyers a reason to approve work as fast as possible. A reason to not leave the job for the 5 days to be automatically approved? An incentive to give feedback to sellers??

I have seen a few comments from sellers about this now, so I think it is a nice idea. And if I can get some benefit from being a nice customer... well that's always nice.
