My buyer is not responding and deadline is soon!!!

Hey, I'm Nextant. I offer video & graphic design services.
I sent my buyer the item and it's complete. I'm waiting on the buyer to confirm. The deadline is in 4 hours and I have sent him messages. It says that he is online but he isn't responding.
I do not want to recieve a negative because of him not responding. I did everything he asked. This is only my 2nd sale so if I get a negative I would quit because my rating would be at a 50%
PLEASE HELP!

Have you delivered the service? If you have, then everything is fine. Your delivery time won't be affected as you've delivered your service in time. What do you mean by "I'm waiting on the buyer to confirm"? Confirm what? Are you waiting for the buyer to leave you feedback? Buyers are the ones leaving you feedback. Positive or negative. You won't get a negative feedback because of late deliveries automatically. The buyer have the option to leave positive or negative feedback upon deliveries.

If you delivered the service there is no need for the buyer to get back to you actually. The important thing is that you delivered it in time, before the deadline expired. The buyer now has 5 days to approve your work. If he does not do anything about it the order will be completed automatically after those 5 days since you delivered it.

I faced same problem about a week ago. One of my buyer place an order but without any instruction. He buy 500+ Facebook Fan Page likes from, but he did not give me his Fan Page URL. Continuously I myself try to contact with him but, he did not respond. He did login everyday I send him 2/3 massage but no answer. In this case there is nothing much to do. I think you have to wait. Some time Some order automatically Rate as complete after Few days. Thank you.

If you delivered the order, as you said you have then the buyer must review the order, and rate the order. If they give you a negative rating to do not meeting the deadline, and if the order is actually delivered before the deadline then you should not recceive any negative feedback.

There's no need for any cancellations in these situations as the sellers delivery time won't be affected as soon as he delivers the order, as he did in this specific situation. As the seller is new, with not much experience yet, he was concern over this fact, as the buyer didn't give him any feedbacks upon the completion of the work. All in all, case is closed and everything went well, for both parties.
