How the Discussions Help me Find Quality Sellers

Finding quality sellers at SEO Clerk has always been top on my list and yes I have found a few. Often through trial and error though. This is really not the way that I want to find sellers I really like.

With the new discussion forum set up the way it is and sellers getting involved in discussions it has been an incredible way for me to get to know more sellers and to really understand better what their skills are.

Something I have always wanted to do is outsource some of my work for my blogs, specifically some of the content writing. I just can't keep up with writing the amount of content I would like to for 3 websites.

I am pleased to say that these discussions have helped me get an idea of some sellers I am sure to start using in the future.

Yes community discussions offer this benefit to. Buyers can learn about service providers that seem to be reliable and knowledgeable. You also get to see that they are active too. Sellers on the other hand have the opportunity of using this as a platform to show what they really know and can share. With active participation and helpful comments and tutorials, they can show what they are capable of without actually shouting out and promoting their service explicitly, which would be against the rules. Effectively community discussions is a great place to connect buyers and sellers together through discussions and problem solving.

Yes for sure!

Plus it is a place where we can interact in a more natural environment! When I message a seller to ask about a service then it is the seller trying to sell himself to me. When we are having a discussion it is very different and I am finding I am getting a lot more insight into people. It is more than just knowledge of the industry, it is a person's values and opinions that come through.

So I am finding it very valuable insight

Yes you are right. In a more informal setting such as the community discussions you will be able to focus on other aspects that make up a person, rather than basing your conversation solely on what the service is all about and maybe try to negotiate. Here we are actually having the possibility of learning about each others interests, preferences, ideas and opinions.

Yes for sure. I also think that for certain types of services the buyer and seller must fit well.

A good example of this is content writing

The style of writing, the writers personality and values.... this all counts big time.

For a service like building backlinks I don't think the fit is that important, just that the backlinks are quality.

The discussion area is just like an arena with lot of expression from diverse people and it a leveled ground where everyone come together to give their diverse views.

Most importantly it a place where from ones expression and comments buyers can certainly pick good sellers like writers for their projects and be convinced it going to be done rightly.I have learned a lot from this area of the site.

Going trough community discussions to find quality sellers can be time consuming. It's true that by reading discussions you can weight knowledge of some sellers and may find someone who is good to accomplish jobs you need to be done, but in other hand, not all sellers are active here in discussions. In the past, while we had that old forum i noticed that very few "power sellers" where active in any kind of discussions, so it means that your community discussions not going to necessarily be right choice of sellers you looking for. So i still suggest use filtered search + read sellers recommendations

Oh yes for sure I do totally agree with that. My absolute favorite seller that is a power seller here is not active in the discussions, or at least I have not seen him here ever. I found him by searching the marketplace and going through the recommendations.

However I have been searching for a specific service for the last few years (content writing) and I have not been able to settle on a choice of writer. There have been a few reasons of this. But since joining these discussions I have found the person I would like to write for me.

Hi Lynne thanks for your question. I can not specify to you how to community discussion help to get top seller. But this is may way of opportunity to contribute all users who buying or selling services. And usually if buyer and seller try to join in discussion for individual topic and he/she able to explode depths of topic by skill, we may think he has efficiency about this sector and appropriate for such job. This way user can show up skill on CD. And here buyer may more chance to get skill seller for any job. But we see still lot of user out of Community discussion. So, should more skill seller out of this section. But I think you have to seek skill seller whole in SEOclerks network.

Yes I know there are loads of sellers that aren't here in the discussions, I really hope more take the time to come and have a look around and take part. It will help me get to know more sellers.

SEO Clerk is a great platform where sellers meet buyers. I joined this site as a seller. Even though I have not been able to sell my services and products, I still find the site very helpful in learning various things and meeting people with great skills.
Community discussion is a great way to discover a great seller. You can know whether the seller is good or bad through the answers he posts in the discussion. You can judge about his skills through the discussion.

Sellers and buyers interacting together in a valuable way is something that this forum is good for. I think it is helpful for all concerned to be able to come here to exchange information and help each other with their sites and information on the site. It is good.
