Why does the 'force cancel' option exist?

I want to know more about Force cancel.
Why is this option available when there is already one option called mutual cancelation and if someone is not agreed with the proposal then he choose mutual cancelation. Then why does this option for Force cancelation even still exist? Anyone have any idea please share it.

Typically this feature is used to cancel an order immediately, especially if a buyer is not happy with the results, or didn't sign back in to offer requirements. However, if you use this feature it'll have a negative impact on your ratings which can not be adjusted. Also, some sellers use this feature if a buyer ordered the service, and the seller can not properly perform work. They'll force cancel the order just to get it canceled without having to wait the time duration.

I would tend to stay away from force cancelations, and always work with the buyer to solve any issues. Only use this feature if you have to, and if you don't mind that it will reflect on your account negatively.

Hi ?hotcontent thanks for your nice question. More option means more convenient to handle any job. And force cancelation just an option, if you want you can use. I mean if buyer did not to fill your requirements and if he does not try to understand scenario, you can use this option or feature. But I should not have recommended to use this feature any ways, even if you feel to use now very necessary. Because, if you use this option to cancel order forcefully, your account will affect as negative rating. And mutual cancelation must be best option to cancel any order mutually. Or you can use reject order feature instead within 24 hours.
