I'm slightly confused as to what you're talking about, or asking because of the language barrier, so I'll try to go over what I think you're referring to.

The level system on SeoClerks is automatic, except for the X levels which are staff selected and manually done by an administrator.

If you hit all the requirements for rank 2 then you'll notice your rank up within 20 minutes, usually sooner. You will not have to send a support ticket in asking to be upgraded because the system is coded to keep track on how many orders you done, affiliates you've brought in, comments you've made, etc. When you hit a level up goal, it's done automatically.

Here are the requirements to rank up to level 2 (since you are level 1 currently)

Requirements
  • Completed/Purchased/Affiliated 10 orders on time
  • Have no infractions (follow the rules)
  • Your email must be verified
  • You must associate a phone number with your account (only users who joined after May 1st, 2016)
  • Login often (once per 14 days)
  • Account is at least 7 days old
  • First completed sale/purchase/affiliate sale is at least 30 days old
  • Have a 90% rating or higher
  • Completed one payment withdrawal that is 20 days old
  • 72 hour or less response time

From just glancing at your profile I already can see that you do not meet the "Have a 90% rating or higher" requirement and that is one of the reasons you are not leveling up.

You can read about the requirements and benefits here: https://www.seoclerks.com/userlevels/

Thanks everybody for the responses, given your answer above i know that my level will up as soon as i meet the requirements

That's great. Consider the list of requirements as a sort of checklist. Once you tick them all you will be promoted. The key is to be a good seller in that you always reply and deliver on time, as that obviously affects your response time as well as the number of orders you can get, and of course, the rating that you can retain. The other major aspect are the affiliates. You need to make sure that you work on that so that you get affiliates signing up and placing orders. That may be a bit more tricky but certainly doable. Good luck.

Hi danigo thanks for your question. I do not get clear query from you. I guess you said, you have completed sale 100 already and now you are in level 4 user but you reach level 5 according to level 5 requirement. If I understand correctly, I would like to say still you are not get qualification for level 4 or 5. Now you are level 1 user and just overall positive rating 87.5% and response time 1 day. And I clear understand you missed at least 2 qualification for level 4. You must have 50 unique affiliate sales, not only 100 sale completed as service and Have a 95% rating or higher but you have only 87.5% and if you do not qualify for level 4 how you get level 5?
If I wrong, welcome to clarify me. I should let you know another way.

I am not sure what you are asking exactly, but if I understood you correctly you are thinking that in order to get Level 5 it is enough to have completed 100 sales. That is not the case. To get from one level to another you need to fulfill ALL of the requirements as listed on www.seoclerks.com/userlevels/

So to go up to Level 5 you need to satisfy all of the following:
  • be an affiliate
  • have completed 250 Orders/Purchases
  • have 100 unique affiliate sales
  • no Infractions
  • have to log in at least once a week
  • have at least a 97% rating
  • have a 24 Hour or less response time

At this point you need to focus on getting to Level 2 first since I see you are Level 1.

OK, I associated the phone number (and verified it). In the rest I did all, including the affiliate sales and members...

So, what's next? Pray to God to become level 4 or ?...

You don't have enough unique affiliate sales. You only have 30 but 50 is required for Level 4. This means you have 30 affiliates users who have ordered at least once but you need 50 who have ordered at least once. One affiliate who orders 100 times is only equal to one (1) unique affiliate sale. I hope that make sense.

Given your stats, I'd recommend you asking for Level X via support ticket and referring them to this response I have made (specifically ask for Robertman11 or Beverly and link here). You have great stats all around as a seller (100%), buyer (100%) and an affiliate (339 sales). Impressive!

Your classification has be "affiliate" for Level 4, or Level 5. Basically you need more affiliate orders than buyer orders. Hope this helps!

Thanks! I have more than 100 affiliate members and they spent over $2400 on Seoclerks.

And I suppose I have a lot more 100 ordered services (some aff members don't bought anything, and others bought 5 times, 10 times, 20 times or more). I counted the 1st listing page of orders and there are more than 30 (multiplied with 6 pages?)

friend this is not unique affiliate...you can check unique affiliate in userlevel tab..HEre.. https://www.seoclerk.com/userlevels/

OK, thanks for the link. Now I understand and I'm so dissapointed for what Seoclerks understand to be unique affiliate. It breakes any logic in the name of being sure that they get a real/verified affiliate... It's very interesting how a reason (it doesn't matter how justified or not it is) can ask a seller to work harder and harder - like in politics...
Level 5 replaced to level 4 users level

Maybe from tomorrow they will add another rule, like only registered members on Sunday between 13:00 to 14:00 are considered unique affiliates.

I don't want to offend anybody, but... some rules don't justify the effort: landing pages, websites specially built for getting affiliates, hosting, domains...

no friend at from beginning it is the rule of unique affiliate..you must need unique affiltae not affiliate member..check my photo..

It is to prevent user level fraud, like everything designed there. It would be very easy for a person to create a duplicate account as an affiliate of another, then order 100 $1 services, thus becoming level 4 without much effort. They wouldn't even lose the $100 since it would be a 100% affiliate.

It is considerably harder to do the same thing with 100 accounts without being caught.

You also get a lot of benefit at level 4 along with the prestige. It is well worth it and having lower requirements would mean more people could achieve it which lowers the standard of the entire level.

You sound upset but the rules have been relatively the same for years and they are not targeted at you specifically. Everyone must meet these requirements to achieve a higher level.

Did you contact support for level X as I suggested?

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

ProAdvert9
No I didn't contacted and I have no intention for that... In world are so many websites where anybody can pay $5 or less for one account registration and to spend $1. It's not a difficult antifraud system.

It's not my intention to do that since Seoclerks revenues are money for beer and some very little expenses for me. Also, it's a very hard market to compete for almost $1 services.

I would like to know 1336 days ago about what is considered unique affiliate, then I would not invest money and time to get affiliates via landing pages and Seoclerks affiliate websites...

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

You only need 20 more unique affiliate sales to reach level 4. The rules for level 4 have been the same since they were added. You can see the official announcement here.

Here's my stats.

Level 5 replaced to level 4 users level

I have 1,116 affiliates. They have bought 5,094 services together. But I have 501 unique affiliate sales, which basically means that 501 out of my 1,116 affiliates have bought something.

You can also find this in the user levels.

Level 5 replaced to level 4 users level

Besides that, Level 4 and 5 didn't exist 1000+ days ago, so I can't see anything wrong in the things you've done.. Or in the ways you've been treated, as we all are treated the same way.

You've still gained all the affiliates you have today, and you've earned 10% from their orders.. So there's nothing wrong here.

Best Regards,
hitmeasap

Let's not judge like in western propaganda! I didn't said it's something wrong. I wrote:

Hey ppscslv,
I'm sorry if it came out like a judgment in my previous reply. That was never my intention. Not at all! I am truly sorry for that.

What I meant was that, you've spent time and money to bring affiliates.. And you've got them. You earn 10% from all of them you've already gained.. Right?

So what I simply meant was, how can you see your investment like a waste of money, when you've got exactly what you where looking for in the first place?

You wanted affiliates and you got them.. Or do you mean that you invested time and money to bring affiliates ONLY to reach another user level?

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

@ppscslv so close, why worry?
You only need 20 more unique affiliate sales to reach level 4.

I invested more than $240 in their system. If I would know that info (what is defined as unique affiliate) I wouldn't be so crazy to waste money and time...

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

You are getting mad because you didn't know but the definition is at the top of the user level page "What is a unique affiliate". It has been there the whole time.

What amazes me is that you were offered the opportunity for Level X and turned it down so easily. So many here would love a chance at that. And, it is still truly the most prestigious title as a Level X is hand picked by staff.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

ProAdvert9
Sincerly... I'm not so sure that Level X offer so many advantages (after you get it you have to wait and hope to get level 4 and/or level 5 benefits). More over, too less buyers pay attention to level x, level 4 or level3. They are interested to get benefits (and I, as a seller, to get money, not badges). I understood that getting level 4 or 5 helps you to get more money (not too much, but they are "free money" 1% - 2%).

Hi ppscslv thanks for your nice expectation. Most of the user missed to fill mandatory requirements as 50 unique affiliate sale or 100 unique affiliate sale for getting level 4 or level 5. And they think if they sale 50 or 100 service, they may get the both level. So, really it is not up to service sale. You must to sell 50 unique affiliate or 100 unique affiliate sale. And here has few confusion for 50 unique sale or 100 unique affiliate sale. 50 unique affiliate sale means 50 buyer purchase series from some other and even 1 affiliate buyer purchase 100 times, they should count as 1 unique sale.

Hope it will help to you to get level 4 and level 5

I just want to give you some feedback on the Level X comment that you made:
More over, too less buyers pay attention to level x, level 4 or level3.

I am a buyer here, I might be a seller too one day, but as it stands I have not been a seller here yet. I pay a lot of attention to Level X and in all honesty I pay more attention to that than to whether a seller is a Level 4 or 5.

You turned that down? You must be crazy to turn that down, I think that would make such a massive difference to your sales!

Look it is your business and you must run it the way you see fit, but I just can't understand why you turned that down. I would much rather buy from a Level 3X than a Level 4 or 5 without X.

I am sure that it is tough to be a seller in any online market place and to gain your levels, I am sure you are frustrated but it really looks like you are so close, adding in the X would give you a massive boost to reaching your goals.

I wish you the best of luck and whether you take the X or not, well done anyway, that is a huge achievement being offered that Level 5 replaced to level 4 users level

Success doesn't come overnight, it takes hard work and quite some time. Keep doing what you are doing and you will get there. It sounds like you have been very frustrated with reaching Level 4, you will get there if you just stay on the path you're on.
