YAY for this great information Mike, as always appreciated. I just have some questions quickly if you don't mind.... the blog directories do I submit individual posts or do I just submit my main domain? Maybe I should check out those websites before I ask but I get confused sometimes how things work.

And yes I have bought your list of backlink sites, I haven't had a chance to go through it in detail yet but it looks like a very valuable resource so far. Now I just have to find the time to get going with building backlinks.

Thanks for the information that you shared especially those sites that can give us quality backlinks. I am surprised by the list of the 2.0 websites because aside from Blogger, Wordpress and a few more, I have not encountered the rest of sites in the list. I truly enjoy reading this type of discussions because I get to learn technical matters particularly with SEO methods.
