    Afaik i know, PTC traffic is bogus. So i don't think, it is worthy to promoted on PTC sites.

    I think one can promote his or her site anyone where provided it not against the terms and conditions of an ad network used on the site especially if the site is monetized already.But if AdSense is used on the site, it would hurt one's account if found out.So be cautious of the ad network used.

    I don’t understand why you are considering to promote your site on PTC sites which means you are paying for the clicks. Maybe you can just promote your site in social media which is easier and free. All you need is to compose a creative spiel that the reader will be interested and will have the tendency to click the link of your site on your promotional post. That will give you a good amount of traffic if you have lots of followers in social media.
