Is this a picture you're using in one of your services Sanfora? If he said "okay use it" then you are okay to use it. There is no more an issue. There is nothing to report about as nothing has been done wrong. No rules broken or anything. Just some guy telling you that the picture was his. But to be on the safe side, to keep both parties happy, why not just replace it with another image anyway?

This is an issue at all times whenever you are taking an image you've found online somewhere and using it in your service. You might not have the rights to use that image for commercial reasons. That includes using it as your image in a service on here and then profiteering from it without their permission. That's why you should only use images that are royalty free and are labeled free for re-use. You can find them in Google by searching in Google Images and selecting the "Labeled for re-use".

However, one other thing you can do, if the image is yours, is use the power of the block-chain and use Blockai to put your stamp on that image. Procoder posted about protecting your images with Blockai a while back. Of course, it doesn't prevent people from using your images, but it does show that you was the originator of that image by adding it to Blockai. If that person that contacted you had done that, there would be no way you could prove otherwise because it's permanently embedded into the blockchain.

Anyway, no harm done here. Nothing to report. Just change the image and move on.

Okay. So what's the issue here then? Try not to "demand" anything from anyone. Try to ask politely and you'll find people respond to that much better than being demanded to do something. Just a life tip. ;)

Hi sanfora thanks for your question. I think mike already get you enough suggestion. If anybody tell to you, that image his own, I think you can ask him for proven. If he fail to prove you, no more issue will remain. But good to know, if you use any copy image which really other brand name. That should be violation for TOS. You may know you cannot copy any image or service description to other user. Everything need to be unique in your service. And that will give you nice value. Copy anything from someone that not show smartness. So, try to avoid if you really use such type if image and if anybody claim.
