Online marketing isn't for lazy people... sort of.

Now I consider myself a lazy person because I would rather automate everything and not have to put 1,000s of man hours into something when 100 will work just as well lol Online marketing isn

But a lazy person will most likely not have a long life span online if they don't want to get out there and bust their ass for 15+ hours a day when the start off. You need to think of this as a career that you're trail blazing in order to become ridiculously successful over time. If you aren't willing to work 15+ hours in a day then you need to figure something else out where a boss will tell you what to do lol.

Being lazy and setting something up so you work less are two different things. I have a few systems that are now automated almost 100% and I did it like that so that I don't have to work on them. I make a little less per month on these projects, but since they're super automated I can focus on other ventures which will make me more money down the road.

Work smart, not hard.

I'm sure you've heard that one before Online marketing isn The only problem is that most people who are starting out won't have the connections they can rely on to work smart in the beginning. You'll need to hunker down and be dedicated to your job in order to be a lazy smart later on.

In short, if you think that you're going to work 2 to 8 hours a day starting out win the Online Marketing niche, you're going to have a rude awakening Online marketing isn Bust your butt and put in as many hours behind your computer as possible or you will just be delaying your own success. Think about it, if you work 15+ hours a day for a year then you're working twice as much as someone working full time to make an average income. In time you will notice that your actions and determination to be successful will pay off in terms of you making more money than you could at a 9 to 5.

This turned into more of a motivational post than an educational one lol Online marketing isn But I hope you take something from this and come back in 6 months to a year with your success story Online marketing isn

Oh Razzy this is a brilliant post and I can really relate to what you are saying here. So many people believe all these online scams and get rich quick on complete autopilot rubbish that is online.

I have busted my ass working online for a good number of years and in the beginning it felt like I had to put in a crazy amount of hours and I did everything manually. The longer I work online the more I learn about how so much of what I do can be automated or outsourced so that I can get loads more done in less time than ever before. Yes some of the things I have to pay for, but when I look at what I pay compared to how much time I save it is a bargain.

Yes, I fully agree with you there. You need to understand that this is not easy stuff at all. It takes time, commitment and hard work to succeed. The more you work, and the more time you devote to it, the better you will be able to do. You cannot expect to do it quickly as it definitely takes time.

I don't want to win the online marketing, I just want to make sufficient earnings increasing my overall monthly earnings. Now that I think about it, I usually work about 12-14 hours every day. My day hob plus freelance + my own project. I think this is decent enough, anything more than this and one will not have time for other things, like family and spending quality time with the loved ones, or just plain out relaxing.

And I agree, it always better to choose the most complicated path if you earn more at the end of the day by choosing that. In essence, online marketing is not really recommended for "confrotable" people".

I remember my college days when one professor said that if you have the desire to be in the marketing business then you need to have the firepower and flexibility. As explained, lazy people has no place in marketing because you have to be dynamic in connecting to people. So that means an introvert has no place either because how can you connect to people effectively when you are an introvert. Well, you have to be a good and industrious worker when you are in marketing.

Not just marketing, not worth doing is for any lazy person. the funny thing is that we gain nothing from being lazy but we continue to be lazy. Most automated things bring in so little money but getting up and working hard and smart brings in more.. So yes, marketing is not for lazy people.
