How do you develop new online services?

For a while now I'm thinking of new ways for reinventing myself in the online services arena. I have a lot of ideas on what kind of services I'm capable of offering but what puts me down a lot is searching for similar services and finding very good sellers that are already doing that specific service very successful and probably better than me, at least on what I could offer initially.

How do you develop new online services?

I don't just want to be a copycat of someone else, I want to be the one that sets a trend in online services! I want to offer brand new stuff and idea and I want to be the first doing it.

I can't say I didn't try, I tested some services that involved SEO optimization keeping in mind new updates like RankBrain for example. Unfortunately not many buyers have yet heard of RankBrain or other buzz words we use in the SEO community.

How do you guys deal with such issues?
How do you develop and evolve your ideas to the point of a brand new service that buyer will flock too?

Well if you have services in mind that you want to sell i think you should list them rite away. I use social media and emails to promote my services and it works! Just get people talking about your services ask some close friends to tell some people to get you started. If you over something the general public can use i recommend using Facebook status promotion tool. I call it the Facebook Status bumper, it helps your status stay on the top of peoples news feeds longer. What exactly does that do? Well if your like me you follow a ton of people sometimes peoples statuses can get buried, what this tool does is it helps your status or message stay on top longer of every ones feed increasing your visibility, and chances to close sales. I think if you know Rankbrain and you have services in mind but your afraid nobody will understand or have the knowledge to know what it is offer it anyway. People are very curious and if they see something that they have never seen before it will automatically make them wonder what it is. if you can explain it and get buyers to understand that it makes sense for them then you may have a new popular service. Remember word of mouth is most valuable marketing tool. Thanks for sharing.
