In the comedy niche I would have to say you need to watch Grandmas Boy, Billy Madison, Water Boy, Step Brothers, Central Intelligence, Anchorman 1 and 2, and anything else that has Will Ferrall, Kevin Heart, Jim Carry and Adam Sandler

As for action, you can't go wrong with the die hard movies, predator 1 and 2, braveheart, 300, gladiator, any of the transformers, any of the avengers or marvel movies.

For romance, well, you'll have to ask someone else lol

The Shawshank Redemption. Period. Well, that's not a comedy but it's definitely one of the best movies ever made. As it seems you're asking for a comedy, and not just any film, then I'd agree with Razzy, although I don't personally like the Anchorman movies. That being said, I think Adam Sandler is awesome, Will Ferrell too, and Kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnson in Central Intelligence was hilarious!

Not being a big movie watcher I only really tend to bother watching movies I have seen advertised that have caught my eye. I feel that I have watched too many movies that just were not as good as I thought they would be meaning that I wasted time when I could have been watching something else that would have interested me and been worth my time.

One movie that I watched after much debating and now is one of my favourites is Pixels. As much as Adam Sandler is still good sometimes I feel his movies lack in something. This being a gaming related movie that really did interest me but I wanted to read reviews before I watched it. Finally I watched it and I was amazed at how good it was. I feel that having both Josh Gad and Kevin James in the movie really did help a great deal, they really did work well together to make this movie entertaining.

When I think about a movie, Star Wars : The Phantom Menaces quickly jump into my mind. I don't know, but I watched it when I was younger. It is a nostalgic feeling for me when I think about this movie. It's a good memory that I keep recalling it.

My all-time favorite movie would have to be the Matrix. I love the story line, and that movie was ahead of it's time, and the concept of the matrix applies today just as it did when the movie came out. I would love to see a reboot of this movie, because techongly has advanced big time since the release of the first Matrix installment.

My all time favorite movie is Anne of Green Gables. It remind me of my childhood which seems like it was just a dream, I love the characters in the movie and all the outfit and not to mention the story line.

If you're looking for a great comedy movie then I suggest you watch The Anchorman, both part 1 and part 2. I thought the movie was amazing, it also features cameos of a lot of famous comedians in each films. Plot wise might be a bit cliche at first, but I say as long as it's executed perfectly, then it's great.

Hi TopSe, my favorite movie at all times was "Devdas" an Indian movie. My wife forced me to watch this movie and I have no regrets, it was amazing and I think that this movie is full of great views, is very romantic and full of love. The ending breaking my heart but sometimes a movie doesn't always have a happy ending!

When it comes to movies, there are so many that I like, from The Sound of Music up to movies of Jackie Chan. Right now, I cannot think of just one movie that is my all time favorite. But maybe I can settle for Terminator because I liked the story very much and considering that it is an Arnold Schwarzenegger starrer. Although the muscle man is not my favorite actor, I love his movies mainly because of the good story.
