You need business development person. Find out who among you is good with finding deals. And then make that person bring projects relevant to the team. And you can start with low cost projects and then get those type of projects in bulk. That should be more than enough for you to get the proper things setup. I have seen some of the people doing perfect job with it. That being said, you can see that this may take time. I am surprised that you say you have a big team and you cannot get a job. What exactly is the forte of your team? More likely it is digital work. If your team is not in uniform with their skills then I would probably recommend to list down their skills particularly their strength so that you can think of what service to offer.
