    I have received this message recently when trying to send a message: This message was detected as spam. You could be using a URL or a Word which has been flagged as spam previously. If you were recently sending mass messages, your account may have been restricted.

    As IdealMike has said this is normally caused by a word that is blocked in your message. You may also want to check out the Terms of Service. There is information there that states that you cannot contact sellers/buyers directly, therefore words like "skype" is blocked.

    Most probably you included contact details, such as the word 'email', or 'skype', in the content of the message, and that is not allowed. Try to read through the message you are trying to send so as to see if this could be the case.
