Is blog commenting always seen as SPAM Seo?

And, what are some techniques that can make blog commenting seem less like SPAM so the comments are more likely to stay up longer with a back link?

Well, don't make spammy comments. Write decent, professional comments that actually help and make sense regarding the article you've just read.

I agree with the above answer only when the links in your comments are directed to your main site...

Or if you are planning to build links in a link wheel fashion with multiple tiers ,then you can use a program like scrapebox to create 1000s of comments with links to the tier 2 or tier 3 urls...And to make sure that the comments stay there for long...Use spun comments and comment only on Auto Approve sites only...

Basically Spamming is writing the same comment on many sites...you can reduce that by improving the quality of your comments by spinning and using multiple variations!

I have to agree that posting the same comments on different sites is clearly spamming. Is there a way to detect this issue? But if there is no way to find out then that style of building backlinks will continue and even be imitated by the newcomers in the industry. It is far easier to post just one comment to 100 sites than to compose 100 posts for each site that you go to.

It will only be seen as a spam comment if the comment you make is not dealing with the blog itself. Or if it is apparent that the only reason you commented was to advertise your site.

Is hard if you using tools, if you build by hand, i think its easy because you know what the owner blog post.

If you are commenting on the blog with a good quality answer or reply then I don't see it as being SPAM.

No, Blog Commenting is not spam for SEO.
But if you post irrelevant or short comments such as 'Thanks for sharing post' etc. then webmaster will not approve your comments. Always post genuine & relevant comments to the blog.

I have read a discussion where it says commenting is a personal opinion, whether in a blog, forum or any other kind of website. When you include your link of your website in your comment as a way of spreading a backlink, there should be a valid reason why you included it. Maybe a comment like your website has the proof of what you are saying, I don’t think it can be considered spam because once you remove the link, the comment will lose its substance.

It depends on how you craft it. Smart artists are capable of creating beautiful sculptures that mirror their surroundings. it all comes down to your creative wit and use of learnt skills.
