Oh damn, nice list. I only know the Survey on the Go and that one is legit. I have made a bit of side money using it, the rest I didn't know existed. You have plenty of this kind of apps all over the internet. I know a few pay quite a lot for testing their app and how it works on particular phones. Just be careful how much trust you put in some - always do a background check and how their reviews are on the internet. I've had a bad experience once where they didn't pay me, they just banned my account when I reached the cashout limit.

If I can recommend one that is extremely good - it is called Swagbucks, it is legit and they have various payout options which is important for me.

Sadly, I am not sure if I will give any of them a try. I have been checking such apps for a long time, and lots of them claimed to be worldwide available. True, they were available to download and use, but they usually never had any offers to give, at least to me, in Croatia. Losing my hope and trust in apps like these.

If you say Survey on the Go is a good one then I can probably try it. To be frank, I was discouraged when I tried some apps that pay because they did not pay me. I remember one site called Cash Pirate that you earn when you download the apps in their list. But before my earnings could reach the minimum amount for withdrawal, there were no more apps to be downloaded and I was left empty-handed.

Great I'm currently using Field Agent and have been for years, it's really a great app to make some extra cash with. The other apps you mentioned I haven't really tried although I did use the Surveys on the go when I was still using an android smartphone but I just can't seem to find on the App store on IOS because I would really love to use it again.

I have tried Field Agent last year, but It didn't work well for me because I got no assignment from them. Maybe it was a problem when I made my account on that site, I don't know but I didn't earn a penny from that app.

Are all of these apps in the google play store? I was looking around for NPoll and Locket, but I couldn't seem to find anything fitting the description. If anyone knows where in the Play store it is could you possibly link it here. Thank you in advanced.

Hi, you posted an interesting information here, about that app called "payyouselfie" they pay you to upload your selfie. Can you provide more information about this? I mean what are the minimum payout and their currency, the payment processor, and their pay rate.
Thank you!

Great post! I currently use App Trailers and Checkpoint, since they're so simple and useful. I'll definitely take a look at some of these applications to make some extra money. That GymImpact application really does sound amazing to me, since I'm going to need to hit the gym often. That'll give me some motivation to get a good workout in. Thanks for the post!

I am familiar with some of these mobile apps. My best experience so far has been with Spare5. It is like the last mobile app you listed where you paid for various tasks. You can use it in your free time. I might consider the Surveys On The Go, NPolls, Easy Shift, IconZoomer, and GigWalk apps. Some of these apps/websites haven't worked for me though. I'm trying out EngageMe and it didn't work either, but I'm curious about these.

I never knew that simple apps can bring so many earning opportunities. To me the most appealing is The Locket. If anyone gets paid only for displaying some ads on the phone screen then I cannot figure out any harm in doing so and something as easy as this.

Can you please also highlight that whether these apps are available world wide or are country specific?

Previously I have tried my hands on App downloading sites but they lead me nowhere except for a bad virus that corrupted my phone.

So my greatest doubt is are these really safe to be installed in the phone?

I have used Perk. It is one of the good apps out there. And best part it pays for many small things. I am sure there are people who have used it and earned even just from watching the videos. It can be said that some of the apps from the marketplace of Perk can pay really good.

Very good list! It can help a lot of people make extra income. I'm going to test all 15 applications on my smartphone myself. Thank you for sharing this information with us.

I heard of a couple listed like Ibotta, Shopkick and Gigwalk. I personally have tried Ibotta and Shopkick but not a fan. For Ibotta, I do not shop at those stores or purchase those items often. Shopkick was a hassle to load when I walked to the door, it is always slow and lagging.

Right now I am using SurveyMini (occasionally gets points depending where you go) - on the go surveys and you can redeem for gift cards. I am also a member of Receipt Hog. Upload receipts, earn points and cash out for PayPal or Amazon. I always select the Amazon option.

I am really shocked with the amount of applications that pay consumers. The only application that Knew and tried was Ibotta. I did not really bothered using it because I am always on a budget and did not want to earn money for items that Ibotta wants you to buy for something you did not intent to buy (which will waste money). This was a wonderful list and it is always good to know some different applications.

I believe there's a lot more out there too, but some of them might not be for everyone as I've heard that some of them are only available in the US. I've heard they had great payrates at Swagbucks, Perk, and InstaGC. They take quite a while to get you a dollar or so though, because usually you earn only fractions of a dollar unless you get accepted into surveys.

These are list of legit apps that pay you. I haven't tried all of them but I tried "surveys on the go" app. They pay from $0.25 to $5.00 cash for our opinions.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

I knew that perk used to pay around 0.25 based on the task. And they had view for videos set to the 2 cents. So it was all going good. And theses days more such websites are popping out. So I think depending on how you choose to use the beer money apps, the return may vary. I think there are not many apps out there with active pay.

Thank you for the extensive list.

The issue I have found is that most are country specific, and they only let you know on the very last step. I am still receiving emails from apps I would never be able to use.

Giving complete access to any app to my phone (considering I use it on occasion to do banking), seems risky.

I would be interested to know what permissions would be reasonable (and safe) to accept.

Thanks again for a great article, it has been exteremely helpful.

Hi Ideal, thank you for sharing your list with us. I may try some of your paid app in the future, I am really interested to download it on my phone, but I must check all to see wich of them will accept international members, and who pays better. I have used WINR paid app, but it was not that good for me. you can add it to your list if you wish but their payment is low and pays in Canadian dollars!

Sucks that I don't live in the United States. Apps like Gigwalk are restricted to The States which is quite annoying. We need more apps like Gigwalk for Canada.

Interesting! Thanks for posting. Never heard of some of these sites before. I will be sure to have a look. But as always, before investing your time and money in any online or mobile opportunity, research and research well. Some have been known to fold up when you have just reached your cashout limit.

I have tried some of these apps but some of them are not widely reached, just present in some countries. And when one reaches the payment threshold no payment, but not withstanding some are good and pays too.

There's another app which is called Qriket which seems to be gaining a lot of momentum. It involves installing an app which is evidently a spinning wheel. Afterwards just touch the wheel to activate the spin and each shade the spin lands on contains a dollar value. This dollar value is yours to collect and that's it, just spin and keep collecting. Some folks have won 100$ with a single spin. Unfortunately looks like it's only available in the US.

Oh, just US, that is what I have noticed about some of this apps, some good ones are restricted to some countries.

Awsome! I didn't know this kind of mobile app exist. I better try this one and how it works. This would be fun. My only concern if this would be available in my country.

Thanks for this list, and I will most likely try out a few of these. This has really piqued my curiousity, and even if I only made enough with my phone apps to pay my phone bill every month, this would be a huge budgeting perk for me. Once again, thanks for this list--as long as these apps are safe, this should be just fine.

This is a great list of apps to make money. Although some of them are not applicable in my country. Aside from those on the list, I'd like to add the following apps in which I also make money through PayPal:

1. Whaff - an app where you download and play games and test apps to make money.

2. Uento - similar earning scheme like Whaff.

3. Peraswipe (Philippines only) - you earn points every time you unlock your phone. These points coins be used to redeem prepaid load or gift certificates.

This is something I have been researching for some time. I currently have two survey apps installed on my phone and I even earned many times by taking surveys. I have come to know about more apps from your post and will definitely try to use some of them.

Thank you for sharing the list of apps that can make us earn money for using. My attention was caught by Mobile Rewards which looks good. However, it reminded me of an app some years back that I’ve tried and failed to cash in because of lack of work. After earning an amount that is near the minimum withdrawal limit, there was no more work to do so my account had stagnated and I was not able to cash in. It was a survey app. And since then, I stopped believing in surveys.
