I don't have my favorite wish job because I never dream of having a 9-5 job. I work as a freelancer and writing and internet marketing is my main work. I differentiate job with work.
In my country many people dream about working in a bank, so I guess banking is the most preferred job in my country.

That is very interesting, I like that too, the freelancing and writing on the forums are a very good job. Also, you are right, work and job have to be different, in my country all the people want to be a lawyer.

"I don't have my favorite wish job because I never dream of having a 9-5 job."

I'm the same as you in that regard. From a very young age, I was very disillusioned with the idea having a traditional 9-5 job. Eight hours a day (at minimum) at work, then possibly two hours of commuting depending where you live, that is 10 hours of your day just dedicated to work. Add eight hours of sleep to that, and you're left with six hours of non-work/sleep time. From that, take away time for cooking, cleaning, and other chores, and you're left with almost nothing in terms of time for hobbies, family, and pursuing real passions. The modern day work culture is a sick joke.

By the time I completed my university education, I was already earning better than a teacher in a school. I freelanced in newspapers and I was publishing 8-10 newspaper articles every month. I saw freelancing a lucrative career option. In order to take my career in the next level, I joined article sites and began publishing articles online. I also developed my skills and expertise in the other areas like, SEO, digital marketing, we designing, graphic designing.

I am proud to be working in a bank. My first job is actually with a small bank that was on the verge of collapse so I was forced to move to a smaller bank. But fate has been good. That smaller bank grew in time that it is now the biggest bank in our country. I am still working with this bank for more than 30 years now. You can imagine my blessings that I have reached an executive position via perseverance and dedication to my work.

To be honest i don't have a dream job. I'd be willing to take any paying jobs because I've been unemployed for a long time now. So I'm trying to make the best of my writing and English skills by taking freelancer and quality Creator jobs. Seems like a decent niche so far with lots of benefits, like working from home and being able to choose your work schedule.

Yes, it is, the freelancing jobs are very interesting and you can have good payments when you know how to speak and write English properly, I am from Venezuela and it is good for me, hope you can have a job again!

I want to be a business owner. I want to passively earn money but in the meantime, I see that freelancing might be the next best thing for me. Although it would take some time and effort for me to make freelancing possible. I wanted to work in a bank back then but I figured out that it might be a complicated job for me.

It is funny how when I was a kid and teachers or other adults would ask me what I wanted to be when I grow up, I would just about never have an answer. To be honest, I don't think I have one right now either. I have never imagined myself caught up in a career, but rather just want to do whatever it takes to fund a stable life and be able to do my hobbies. Freelance writing is the closest I've come to what in my opinion I'd consider a "dream job."

When I was in college I already knew what is my dream job and it would be working with the founder of Facebook. I want to part of the Facebook team who continuously work and develop the website. We all know that Facebook is the leading social media site that gains respect and trust. I want to be part of that respect and team. I adore all the staffs of the website because of the unique and advanced layout, code and program they produce relating to personal and business aspects. I know it's impossible but I never lose hope and I know someday it will come true. Cheers!

I absolutely love to write. It's in my blood. I've published two books at small presses, and I am currently working on a novel. I achieved an MFA in Creative Writing, years ago, and it has been my life's passion. The problem is, it takes an immense amount of time to put together books, and most jobs won't allow you that time if you want to have any sort of life once you go home from work. So, I guess my dream job would be able to write for a living, and I am currently working on it.

My wish job....
Difficult because we all work for monetary gain, there are very few people who work for the love of it.
I would wish for a job where I made a difference, even to a small group of people. A job where I was empowering others by sharing my skill set. Something with flexible hours however due to the work being so exciting, it would not feel like working.
I am also a fan of passive income.

That is true, man, that how a dream job have to be, you have to be excited doing it and have to do good (and make a difference in the world), something like sharing the good that you have to the people who have less that you, or teaching people some of your skill, I have a job (besides freelancing) where I am a music teacher and I know that I am doing good and the kids are very happy singing and learning all the little things that the music give us!

I love writing, and so I would love to be able to devote more time to being a writer, and maybe make it even more professional, with an office and everything What is your wish job? But I think the most important thing when it comes to finding a dream job is to do what you like to do, and also have realistic time so as to keep up with family commitments as well.

I have no plans of staying in my home country, as I think that the job that I wish for isn't here. But I want to be a part of Google USA, then maybe I could make my own gaming company. I want to make an MMORPG that's unique in it's own way but still gives that old school vibe you get from other MMOs. I also want to make some single player games as I think I have these bunch of ideas in my head that I just can't implement into writing because I have no patience to write a book.

My dream job is to become a judge or to have a advocacy on my own (maybe with partners). Although this is very stressful, I love being a lawyer and looking out of the box.
Other than that, I would really love to learn as much as I can about programming (I do that in my spare time, it fascinates me), and so far I am loving online writing articles. It would be really great to write your opinion and analysis about certain issue and get paid for that. I know I have to learn and explore more, but if this turned out to be money gaining, I would love to switch my priorities to writing.

The best job is working for your self, self employment. With Seoclerks you can really go far if you are providing the right services for others to use. Freelance work is actually the best work as you really do work for your self and it can be done world wide . Where I live there is no jobs and is very hard to find a job but working online is the best job. If it is something you really enjoy doing then that is the best job there is no point doing something you hate lol. As some say a jobs a job.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

I think that it is true, nowadays the freelancing is the best work just because, as you said, you can do it from every part of the world and to every single corner in the world. Here in Venezuela, there is no good jobs here and you can do freelancing and get more money every time, as some people say, there's no limits, and I think the freelance work is the future because it don't have any limits and you can enjoy meeting other people and changing words with them.

Like some already said. I am already sort of doing my dream job - freelancing. I love offering my skills and knowledge to different clients because it feels very exciting dealing and mashing with different personalities purely over the internet. I always find it interesting. I do many different things - a lot of article writing, designing, transcribing, a bit of SEO and more.

Freelancing is the best job out there because you are your own boss. You control yourself and how much work you do and when you do it. It all depends on you and your knowledge. The more you know the better. It's a constant educating process and it's exciting!

I love my job as a freelance writer and run my own blogs that are monetized by Google Adsense and Affiliate Marketing.

I also use some sistes of mini jobs to make some extra money. I believe this is the best job of my life because I just do not need to wake up early and leave the house on a rainy day so I can go to work.

My only need at the moment is simply to increase my billing. But anyway, I think I already have a perfect job.

That is wonderful, man! And yes, this is one of the best jobs, you can do anything from home and you are your own boss, it could be good it this job can monetize like a part or a full time job, because it is simple and everyone can do it. I love freelancing and I hope you can increase your incomes and that your blogs have a lot of viewers!

It is fortunate that you love your job. Most people work for jobs in order to earn a living, hardly any of us would love our jobs 100%. There are pros and cons in every occupation. I had worked a few jobs over the past 20 years, none were my favorite because I had to deal with back stabber colleagues , defaming manager and lack of faith boss. So, if you can find a job that you love, do keep the passion and don't betray your boss.

Or do something that I like and get paid for it-this would boost my morale and give me satisfaction.

Workin online has never been something stable for me.One month's earnings can be amazing, next month's earning can be insufficient.

For me, my dream job would be having the opportunity to be a musician. I would love to play the French Horn in a concert band-style ensemble and play in front of crowds for a living. I wouldn't even need to be super successful, just the ability to make a living doing something like that I enjoy doing would be amazing. Unfortunately I was never really good enough to make a living out of something like that.

I would love to be an archaeologist. I am always watching documentaries about the past. I am always craving for knowledge about the ancient people. I have always been wondering how different were their lives from ours, what were their customs, traditions and beliefs. I would be so happy if this dream of mine gets achieved one day. My goal is to explore many ancient sites in the world. I believe that we have much to learn from past civilizations.

My wish job is to work in a big corporate hospital as a senior doctor. The job will help me to flaunt my medical knowledge and also bless me with a handsome salary, fixed job hours, reputation and fame. If I get this I don't think I will ever want anything else in my life.

Being self employed can be one of the greatest things to happen to you, for sure! I loved the flexibility of working for myself, being able to work the hours I wanted and for the rates that I wanted. I've moved away from it in exchange for a steady job with regular income, but I do keep a little freelance work going on the side just in case I ever want to return to self employment.

My wish job is to be a doctor, but due to life standards, my family cannot afford my studies for medical school.
I ended up studying Bachelor in Agriculture, I was a scholar in one University where there's no medical courses.
Now that I'm employed and have a good job,(which i never regret for graduating agriculture) there's always
an urge for me to study medicine since i already have enough resources...
But i thinks, it's too late, I'm now encouraging my nephews and nieces to study medicine, it will give me satisfaction
for a dream i never had.

I've always said that my dream job would be to work in Hollywood as a movie editor. I've had a passion for filmmaking for several years now, but my strength is in editing things. There's something about taking the pieces of a story and putting them together that I really like. I love watching a story come together as I edit it!

Unfortunately, that's a very competitive field and L.A. is so far away from home, I'm not sure I'm ready to make a move like that right now. Plus all of the people I like to make films with live in my city, so it'd be hard to leave them behind and have to start all over making new connections in a new city.

I'm not sure at this point about my wish job. I'm just going with the flow and improvising along the way. I suppose that is a part of the experience. I guess looking back at your journey, you would like to have reminisced on the many highways and bi-ways that you have travailed as an exciting adventure towards your paradise of a dream job destination! Once your job or work offers you significant flexibility regarding time with great opportunities for increased revenue streams and you love the work that you do and you are encouraged in every way to keep growing ultimately this may be a good contender for a dream job. They say sometimes you don't choose the job but the job chooses you based on probable benefits and signs of prosperity encompassed within.

When I was in grade school, I had wanted to work in the medical field like a doctor, a nurse or even a medical technologist. But during my high school years, my mind shifted to engineering. When I graduated in the university with a diploma in Industrial Engineering, my dream job was to be a department manager of an industrial corporation like mining or manufacturing. However, fate has other plans and I was placed in a bank as a methods analyst. Looking back, I’d say that my job now is more than the wish job that I had before. Working in a bank is enjoyable and has more benefits especially considering my position as an executive.

I am open to the opportunities in life. The bare essentials are that it should be my own business, i definitely dont want to work for someone. It also should be something purposeful, something that can change the lives of people.
