    Why my account level drop from 3 to 1

    Hello!

    I cannot understand why seoclerks can changed my account Level from Level-3 to Level-1? If anybody knows that also reply me as soon. Thanks

    Hi there,
    Thanks for your query. User level may down many reasons. Firstly, if you break the TOS of SEOclerks, you will get infraction and for all infraction your account may restricted. And another reason for response time. If your response time will high according to user level requirements, your level will be down. More over, user level down for user rating. If your user rating percentage do not meet with level requirements, your level may fall down.

    I am glad I encountered this post. It gave me an insight to levels and the reasons thereof. I am at level 1 and perhaps will stick there as at the moment I have no interest in buying or selling.
    As others have suggested you should go to support for clalrifications as users may not able to guide you.

    Really useful information in here. Don't want to sell or buy for now either, but if I ever consider doing that I will keep in mind the variables on these levels.

    Maybe you have made a major mistake. Check the down side of your profile page. There you will get a notification about your infraction.

    I would definitely contact someone and investigate this. It could just be a mistake, and, as we all know, utilizing avenues of diplomatic and sincere communication, in any social or business situation, is vital for success. Reach out to them and get to the bottom of it. That's definitely what I would do.

    This is an interesting interaction relating to the incidence of account level movement. because of this, I will be revisiting the rules and stipulations in order to avoid, as much as possible, any infraction.

    I just read that infractions or things like these can make your level drop a lot. I should have rivisited the rules because there are a lot of things I didn't read the first time! I'm glad I found this topic because infractions are severely punished, so we need to be careful a lot.

    Thanks for all the valuable information given. As a newbie, sometimes i have doubts about handling the posts over here. I guess maybe leveling up and down depends on restrictions and infractions, but also on the buying selling- experience. Being on level 1 in just a couple of weeks for me has been great, I will try to follow the suggestions and ideas to keep leveling up.

    I got the same problem just a day ago Why my account level drop from 3 to 1. My level decreased from Level 2 to Level 1 without any warning what so ever. But then the level back to normal again. I dunno how and why...

    I have asked to the support and they said some users experienced this glitch and they will have their level back to normal again later.

    So, if you dont see any warning, infraction, etc, well, I do believe its a glitch in system Why my account level drop from 3 to 1

    if your level decreased from 2 to 1 without any warrning, so it is happening because your response time is more then your level,
    so please maintain your response time
