Cryptocurrency Payment Error

I noticed that when you purchase a service and want to pay the service using cryptocurrency, there isn’t probably a problem if you choose to pay with bitcoin or litecoin but “Internal Server Error” appears when you select the dogecoin.

SEOClerks is an amazing website and this problem can give a bad impression of our website to another people when they try to purchase something.

I would suggest to either fix the problem, replace dogecoin with another cryptocurrency or to just delete the dogecoin option.

Yes, I would just switch to an alternative currency or payment method for the time being. It is just the way that you might be able to make your payments. It is just an easy way to make sure that everything is credited. In the meantime I would let SEOClerks know so they can begin to work on this process.

It's probably just a small error with the coding or the system. I'm sure that the developers will find a solution to fix the issue as soon as possible. It's good that you posted this as it means they know about it now and it can be fixed.I don't think they should replace or remove dogecoin because it is becoming a very popular crypto currency and therefore is a good payment type to have on this site.

I guess this could be the problem from the API side. So I don't think it'd be from SEOClerk end. I guess they have to get in touch with the people with whom the content is integrated. That way surely they can fix the payment issues. I have found this fixed pretty much this way. I am sure that there are people who can answer this on technical level. For now it's better to pay through paypal in that case.

I don't think that this necessarily gives a bad impression to other people - errors happen all the time. Even on huge stores like Amazon or eBay. No website is perfect, however, you did a good job of pointing it out. I think the easiest way to inform the SEOClerks staff is through the "contact us" option at the bottom of the page though. That way, they can right away get on the issue! I am sure that it will be fixed if it isn't working as intended Cryptocurrency Payment Error

The only crypto currency that I use is Bitcoin. I have never had any problem in receiving and sending funds using bitcoins. I have never taken any interesting on crypto currency other than bitcoin. I have sure heard the names such as litecoin, dogecoin, etherum etc. but I have never used these digital currencies.

Well, maybe some itches on the code, or they was a problem when integrating the API, you know dogecoin, is not really on the main stream, so some developers, will likely can't avoid some bugs with the API, or maybe it was a parse error, trying using another browser, to see if it persists..

This thread is one year old. I have never used the cryptocurrency payment option. I'm glad to know that either bitcoin or litecoin are accepted. I will keep that in mind when I purchase another service.
