I haven't invested in it, but I do have a small amount of Bitcoin I got from using faucets. I am just gradually letting it build up. I hope to increase my amount of Bitcoin over time, perhaps by doing some task sites that offer Bitcoin as a payment option.

I have thought about the faucets myself but I always found them so boring and time-consuming versus how much you get paid. I think that if you'd invest at least some of your money and follow the basic guides on trading BitCoin, you'd probably make a bigger profit in few minutes. But it does require your own money though so I guess that's the downside.

I have also tried the faucet but only for a few minutes just to get a hang of it because I really want to learn the mechanics and system of crypto currency. What exactly is a faucet? I cannot answer that because I was not able to dig deeper. Maybe when the crypto currency becomes worldwide in popularity and an accepted anywhere then that is the time that I will invest on it.

Can you get a decent amount of Bitcoins using the facutes? From what I have read so far, the results they bring are relatively low (despite all the effort to get them). The fastest method seems to really be to invest your own money.

I haven't so far, but I don't spend a lot of time on them. I just claim whenever I think of it. I don;t have money to invest in Bitcoin at this time, so I am doing what I can do. There are certain sites and apps that offer Bitcoin as a payment method as well.

I could even invest some of the money that I currently have (which is not much), but I still find this type of play very risky because of the instability in rates, which are very fluctuating (and this bothers me a lot).

I'd rather wait a bit longer to see how that coin will behave itself in the coming months.

I was definitely planning on investing in Bitcoin, but by the time I had a little money put back to do so, the price of the stock had exploded to such a degree that I just could not currently afford it. I do, however, believe that this is the wave of the future, and I believe that Bitcoin, and other cryptocurrencies, will become more and more popular and will be used more and more globally as the years go by. I think that, as long as it can be made secure, cryptocurrency is a really smart and cool idea. I would most definitely use it myself, and a lot of my friends who are in IT have already been using it for a while now.

I have been hearing a lot about cryptocurrencies recently and have also done some research about it. Some of my friends actually work on sites where they are paid through Bitcoins. I don't know why I am feeling a little hesitant to invest in bitcoins. I know that the value of bitcoins keep on increasing but still this is not motivating me.

It's probably the volatility, as what I've been tracking the price and go up or down dozens of percents a day - sometimes even multiple times a day! So I think that I should only be investing what I am ready to lose, although I do think that in the future the price will be much higher than it is now.

But I agree, it's not an easy question to answer, because there are so many factors to consider in these types of investments.

Those are probably useless unless you really have a network of users who also do Bitcoin trading or mining. There are a lot of online faucets who offer to pay or reward their members with satoshis or bitcoins but it really isn't that big but if you are persistent enough, you may get some probably. Tried it before, didn't really last long.

I have not yet made any investment in Bitcoin. The process seems to be a complex one and I am trying to see If I may be able to a gain a reasonable understanding of the system before I would attempt to be involved. I have earned a small amount of Bitcoins from tasks sites and I will continue on that path for now until I may be able to make further advancements In the process.

I have personally never invested in any sort of cryptocurrency before but I was very tempted a few months back when the BitCoin's value initially began to rise. Boy, do I regret that I didn't. I still can't believe that it's current value is sitting at $4.6k

I am just too scared to invest my money into it because I don't have experience. All I have is what I've read online or heard through my friend. It's still a risky thing to do if you aren't well educated about it, especially the whole trading aspect. Perhaps in the future.

My biggest regret was not investing in Bitcoin. I think when I first thought of investing in Bitcoin, it was around £400 (around $520), which would have been an amazing price to invest at considering the value of Bitcoin right now is around £3500 ($4600). I have never invested in cryptocurrencies and I doubt I would ever, to be honest. I just don't trust the other cryptocurrencies compared to Bitcoin.

At this point, no, I've never invested into cryptocurrencies. I remember when Bitcoin became known before the price actually sky rocketed. Like many others, I had a chance to invest but didn't due to lack of overall knowledge regarding the cryptocurrency itself. If I had to do it all over again, I would've even if there was no return on investment. But at least I was safe than sorry.

I haven't invested in cryptocurrencies. or Bitcoin. Because I am on a fixed income and I have a limited budget every month. And I don't have any money left over at the end of the money to invest. All of the money I have goes to bills and I just have a few dollars left over every money to buy what I need.

I remember when bitcoin was only $17 a coin. I wish I would have invested back then, but I missed the gold rush unfortunately. But, I do have a bit of bitcoin and Etherum. Etherum is a great alt currency to look into as it has a lot of potential future applications.

No, I have not invested in Bitcoin, or other cryptocurrencies. I have no money, let alone any money to invest.

While much of it is over my head, I find cryptocurrencies interesting, though I wouldn't call myself a fan. On a couple occasions I bought a few bucks of Bitcoin to play around with. I might have a few cents worth left in an address somewhere

. I have used free Dogecoin faucets on occasion, so I have a little Dogecoin lying around, but not enough to be worth anything. The very first coin I tried was Vertcoin. I didn't buy any, but I mined a couple full coins, and it didn't take long. I really liked that Vertcoin...very sad to see it die out.

I would never feel comfortable investing large sums in cryptocurrences, but if I had a couple hundred to spare, that I was willing to lose, I would consider investing that. It wouldn't make me rich, but I could stand to make a few bucks.

I have invested in BTC, Ripple and Steem Dollars. So far these three cryptocurrencies are what I am working towards. Not sure if others are worth investing.

I have no plans to buy BTC as the market is having high price with it. I may purchase it once it goes below 1K. So that's where I am going to buy it. Also the ripple network seems to be good but not sure how to earn the ripple. Because it seems like closed source currency. I may also need to invest into steem dollars, lumens and other like ether. It may not be easy but considering how the crypto currencies work. I am guessing it takes a lot of time to have control over those currencies.

To be honest, my geeky friend introduced this to me for like a couple of years ago and of course I wasn't convinced. Because who would think that a virtual currency will suffice and will survive in this world wherein everything can be faked and may probably be gone in just a blink of an eye. I was afraid to invest because as technology advances specially in the IT and Internet fields, hackers also are improving and developing their strats and that really got me scared. Now, my friend has his profits and still earning. Although he isn't a millionaire yet, but he told me that his earnings sky rocketed big time. Now I think it is too late to invest.

Yeah, I have invested in many cryptocurrencies, because the way I see things, it's the future. I invested in bitcoins and I must say I thank myself for doing so. I also invested in TBC , and i would soon head to etherum. Well, it's not something I would advice someone to invest in, because it requires a heart that can take risk and can tolerate the unexpected. But if you must invest now I would advise you to invest in TBC, because with their strict policy, I don't think it would go down in the future.

Not at the moment, but I've been reading and studying a lot about it because it's a whole new field for me.

From what I have been following, it seems to be a path which despite the fluctuating rates (this particularly discourages me a little bit), seems to be a very profitable system.

I'd rather wait for everything to normalize so I could feel more secure to the point where I put my own money into it.

I myself had invested to some bitcoin websites. Like double bitcoins, HYIP and many others. It is very hard to find a legit website to invest bitcoins. I got scammed many times. Luckily, it is not a big amount, though. If I may advise to you, just be careful in investing your bitcoin. Make sure to read reviews of the said website and if possible try to search it if they are still paying before investing. Otherwise, you may lose your money like what happened to me. Indeed, undoubtedly now is the perfect time to invest to bitcoins, as the value is really tremendously increasing. You might as well try bitcoin mining. But like I said, make sure to investigate first before giving your bitcoin to the site. In my case now, the bitcoins I am earning are from faucets directly deposited to my bitcoin wallet. I wish you good luck on your intention to invest on bitcoins.

I've heard testimonies of how cryptocurrencies are paying people and even some of my guys are into it, but I don't see the need o invest on that line of business yet considering the fact that I had ugly experiences with some online peer to peer help schemes last year in which I lost some money. So, for now, I am not investing on this.

A friend of mine got a whiff of the crypto currency fervor very early a few years ago. As a result he was able to secure a few bitcoins. I think he has about 4 bitcoins, not a fraction, four complete Bitcoins. He now trades in Bitcoins and buys and sells products in Bitcoins as well as other crypto currencies such as erithium. You know what they say,.'The risky ones are the ones that are most likely to pay off once everything goes according to plan.' I personally haven't invested in Bitcoins but my friend's success has surely inspired me so I'm keeping my options open where this is concerned.

I have heard already about bitcoin but I don't know yet the whole idea how cryptocurrency works. I saw it in one particular website that I joined that bitcoin keeps on increasing its value. I believe its really good to invest in bitcoin because even famous millionaire talks about it. But since its value continuously increasing, I think in the years to come it would be difficult for an ordinary people to invest in bitcoin. So fortunate are those people who have discovered and invested in bitcoin years ago. And if I could afford to invest in bitcoin, surely I would do it.

I think that Ethereum rather than Bitcoin may be the wave of the future. It is certainly something worth keeping an eye on. Many people know more about Bitcoin because it has been around longer but Ethereum may well be the currency to invest in. I think it is something that many people need to take advantage of and utilize when they are looking for a decent fix.

I haven't invested in any form of crypto-currencies. That's mostly because am still skeptical about working with or around them. At this stage of most crypto-currencies, I think they are still evolving. Not too many control policies and regulations have been put in place to monitor their operational activities and processes. So yes, I think that investing on any of the currencies is quiet risky now.

Bit coin mining ha been around for years and so I believe we can all make enough money from it. Though I hear people are getting hacked and losing their investment but I don't understand how it happens and how to prevent.

I haven't invested both money and time on cryptocurrencies. I'll probably not use my money to buy them. I may try to earn some bitcoins through sites that offer them as payment. I still have to find out how bitcoins are being valued and whether the valuation can be manipulated by people who may prosper due to its higher valuation. I'm not keen on investing much on something digital because I'm afraid that it can crash anytime.

My concern in cryptocurrency is the stability and control. How can we determine its stability when we do not know who is controlling the cryptocurrency? Just like the US dollar which is controlled by the central bank, we have no issue with that because we trust the central bank. But if we do not know any central bank for that matter, the US dollar may not have a stable value.

Before I started, I want to discuss some of a background about cryptocurrency. I just want to share what I know and what I have researched. Cryptocurrency is a digital currency. The first ever cryptocurrency is the popular "Bitcoin". Cryptocurrency is a bit suspicious because it is not under the central banks. I don't invest and I don't want to invest in a "Cryptocurrency" because it is very difficult to understand. We don't know how can it get high or low. Another reason that I don't like this thing is because of you can lose your wallet anytime and just lose your money. If you forgot your password or account, you cannot bring back your money. There are a lot of unclear thing regarding this currency. Be sure to researched first before investing.
