Why can't I start a new discussion?
My account has all time community discuss start restricted. So addmin don't understand this subject. Something time restricted out and some time after restricted. Please contact me what I do?

My account has no new service active. When I create a new service then services is approved. I don't understand. Please tell me. As if new community discuss all restricted. I don't know

It is happening because Your account was flagged and restricted by SiftScience, SEOClerk anti-fraud system as being extremely high risk. That's the reason you will not be able to create new content, This matter is automatically determined by SiftScience.

Sift Science is a type of fraud prevention software that uses predictive analytics to single out fishy behavior on the internet. It basically flags people for potentially fraudulent activity including transactional fraud, but also includes flagging spam accounts and fake posting.
I mean I don't really see why you'd be flagged though since you don't even have negative ratings, but then again I also don't know what behavior you've been engaging in and what reason the system would have to single you out.
Probably best to just discuss it with administrators at this point.

One thing that we always fail to understand that when forums are involved, there are rules and regulations guiding them. You must have broken one of the them unknowingly, so getting in touch with the support desk about this issue is some that is going to work pretty well for you. I have topmost confidence that you will get a better from them as regards the limitations that you are having on your account.

I agree. I had the same mistake when I was still a newbie in my first ever forum. I didn't read the rules and just posted immediately. Fortunately, the admin of that forum just warned me about my mistake and told me to never do it again.

That is something that many of us miss when we begin posting newly on some forums. Some warnings on some forums that I've joined in the past has made me become quite careful when I post as well as taking out my time to read the rules of the forums to be sure that I am not breaking any rules.

Exactly. We learn from experiences. I'm actually very cautious right now that I don't join a lot of forums lately unlike when I started. The feeling of being cautious about what I write is just too exhausting for me sometimes, but I can't do anything about it. I

I just checked your account. It looks good to me. Your seller rating is 100 percent which means your every customer is satisfied. I think the problem might be with your activities in the community discussion. Perhaps, your contents might have been flagged as spam or inappropriate by many people. Are you sure you never received any warnings from the admin.

Have you tried contacting SEO? They are very accommodating. Just make sure you did not do anything wrong or any violation.

I saw exactly the same thing about his account, the seller rating is all good at 100%, it must have been as result of either posts that are deemed to be spam, especially short posts that are mostly one line posts or two lines. It's considered to be a spam, it's best not to make such posts because they are going to put one's account in serious problems.

Some times, you might have breached one or two forum rules which makes the administrative team set limitations to your account from not being able to start a new discussion. It has happened to me once, so if you want to know exactly why you can't start a new discussion, just contact support and they will tell you immediately. I'm sure that Beverly will attend to your inquiry with ease.

I told you to give @Beverly some time when you contact support because I'm sure that she will attend to the problem as long as it's something they can handle from their end. As you can plainly see now, she just told you that the matter is being treated in ticket #234406, so relax and let them work on it alright.

Had this issue too before, and I did what idealmike just said, just kept posting comments, and also wrote to support. I guess, you must have to wait until you have certain time, being part of the community, posting good comments, keeping all the rules on point, and then they will allow you to start new discussions. At least that's what happened to me.
