What does a Social Media Evaluator actually does?

So what actually is that work? I've heard that it's about the relevant searches of a certain user or just viewing the likes, shares and comments of a certain page and then you'd send back to them the information you gather but I'm not really sure, can anyone out here explain it?

Strangely, a job of a social media evaluator often asks you to have a very fast internet connection and devices that are less than 3 years old.

I am not that familiar with social media evaluator but from what I read you are required to have a high-speed internet. I haven't heard about the required devices, what I am sure about is high-speed internet access need.

I actually am not familiar with this line of work. But, based from the comments above, I think the job is more like an online marketing manager or assistant. I am not sure, but that's what popped in my head.

When I worked for one of the company that wanted me the option on the keyword for the photos. I have learned that our job is to match the quality search strings. And then accept or deny the strings which are less likely to be happening. So it seems like some people in this can make good money.

Not fun. But more of hectic job. And your wrong choices can affect the output. So they can fire you. Compared to survey data here the data is easy to match and verify. And that means the social media evaluation requires more hard work and more focus in the option.

This is the first time that I’ve heard of that work. What comes to mind when there is the word evaluator is someone who studies something and gives it a rating. With social media maybe it can be the market for your business or perhaps the account or the Page that you have created. But whatever it is I’m glad to hear about it because I’m sure it will be a part of the freelancing industry.

Yes, that's what I also heard about it, like giving a rating on certain videos or ads or whatever, I'm not really sure until I've passed the qualification test and hopefully start that job.

I think you will have to gather some data from using social media. I also saw this once but lost interest when I knew it was just for a month. After the project is done, you will get fired without warning. It was sort of a part time job actually. I am not sure about other companies but the company I found works like that.

I've heard a few whispers about social media evalutor jobs on the internet. I think a social media evalutor checks out a website/social media site and sees the relevance of the content for a certain category. For example a social media will evaluate the content on their clients Facebook/Twitter page and see if it is okay for the clients goals e.g health and fitness product e.t.c.
