Well , 2019 is approaching us and we are about to start a brand new year.Video Marketing has been a growing trend of Marketing across all the businesses.It is been predicted that 2019 will see an exponential growth in the field of Video Marketing.With various Social Media platforms focusing on video content, it will be necessary for all the businesses,from global companies to small organisations to keep aside a big chunk of there Marketing Budget on Video Marketing. Share your views in this regard.

I agree with you. Mostly, of the companies have better presentation and method. This always attract buyers or customers. I just hope that company doesn't only focus on presentation but also on the quality of the products. It's nice to have healthy competition.

That's why i really hate monopolies (looking at you, telecoms). It creates a bad environment where a single group or entity can just provide sub-par products for a high price. A competitive monopoly-free environment is nice because it encourages companies to increase the quality of their products so more customers buy their product.

I agree that video marketing is very effective especially now that we are in the modern age of technology where everything is made possible. Through the use of video marketing I am sure that everything will run smoothly and more conveniently compare when it was before. I am expecting more a lot of improvements and innovation in video marketing as the 2019 year comes.

Yes, I agree that there will be more video marketing in the coming years. I found that many bloggers I have been following started to do more videos or podcasts. I think this might be easier for the people who can't really sit and read long contents, and it's also easier to understand the products or services by watching the videos than just reading the text. Moreover, it seems like there are many platforms for doing the video marketing, such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube,etc, I think there might be more coming in future as well.

Video marketing is indeed a trend that is going forward. Not surprising to hear that it will led the market in terms of marketing. While it focuses more on presenting products at it's best, may it also present actual truth about the product and not just pure marketing.

Video marketing would be very cool and effective. Seeing great presentations on videos would totally be a trend and products would be recognized more easily. Reading long articles sometimes could be boring and their attention would not be captured, this is based from my experience because I also tend to skip reading long articles. I wouldn't be surprised if one day there would be more than just a video. Technology nowadays is a great help though.

I don't see that happening on Instagram though, I mean IGTV flopped but I understand, Instagram was originally a photo sharing platform. We've got YouTube & Facebook for that, however I'm here for it. There's lots of things businesses could do with video marketing, they just have to be smart about it.

I agree, videos are a much easier way to communicate information and keep potential customers engaged. I think people don't want to read as much information anymore and photos are so common on social media that videos make people interested and keep their attention focused, stopping them from scrolling past whatever information is trying to be shared. I know my current company is swutching from photo-based social media posts to more video-based posts.

That is very true, technology has indeed made a big difference in the way people are communicating with each other on the Social Media platforms these days.Even a layman who does not have much knowledge about video editing can use these amazing video editing Apps and can come up with good quality videos. I am sure the coming year will be very exciting in terms of Video content and Marketing.

This is so true! It's another platform for freelancers to try out. I'm interested in this as well and I might try it out, of course that's still after my break. I'm still on a break and I've been sick since Christmas so taking this break was a good idea. If anyone has more info on this I'd like to know more! Thanks!

Unfortunately, I think video marketing will mostly benefit only local or international companies and not individual freelancers like us. I've tried video marketing before but it just didn't work. You are right though, video marketing will become popular.

I would have to agree that video marketing might be the next big thing. After the shut-down of Vine, Tik tok rose to fill the shoes of short videos. Given the number of channels and 'influencers' which cropped up from Vine back in the day, I'm sure there'll be new celebrities in the making.

Short-video platforms which support indie content benefits the people who want snappy pieces of performative advertisement. And in turn, this will drive people to come up with more video content to suit the standards of clients. It'll be very interesting to see how that pans out.

Even in this year, 2018, video marketing has been a trend. Most of the social media platforms by which before are only for text or photos are already evolving into video sharing sites as well.
Moreover, since 5G is on its way for the upcoming years, there might be some development with regards to the speed of the Internet. So I agree, video marketing and promotion would really be big this 2019 at least.

Based on the current trend today, I am sure that video marketing will stand at the top. It will be in-demand and opportunities would arise from it. Freelancers who are experts in this field would definitely have more clients than ever. I also think that this will be a trend nit just for 2019 but for the years to come.
