What's your dream business?

I am one of those business-minded people, but have no enough resources to do something about yet. I am an employee, but I don't want to grow old in an office and work hard to make other people richer. I will try my hardest to save enough money to put up my own restaurant. That is my dream. How about you?

Hmm, My dream job...
Actually, it would not be a job but a business. I guess that my dream job - business would be anything that is fun and fulfilling to do on a daily basis. It would not be too stressful or require more than 2 days a week working time, (good luck with that) Lol.

It would need to earn me enough revenue to maintain my expensive lifestyle, including socking away money for retirement, and extra capital for emergencies. There would also be enough extra available revenue to explore new business ideas and ventures to grow as I see fit. Lastly, the business / job should be easily sold when once ready to retire.

I actually don't have a dream business. What I dream of is when I finally have the money, I want to start a a buffet restaurant business. I am a person who loves to go to buffet restaurants and I have seen a lot of people like me loving the many unlimited choices a restaurant has.

Not to be negative but restaurants seem to have a very high failure rate. I would take a serious look at this before starting this business. It takes a significant amount of capital to start a restaurant businesses, tables, chairs, utensils, glassware, ovens stoves (kitchen equipment) wait staff, cooks, the food which is often perishable and more etc...

They say that many restaurants fail as high as 90 to 95 percent in the first year. However, there are other studies that show lower failure rates. These studies didn't identify the types of restaurants, food served, the demographics of the area and more so, this can be a big unknown calculating failure rates. I just read an article that states that 59% of restaurants fail in the period of 3 years. The first year, is the highest at of failure, 26%, then 19% in the second year and 14% in the third year.

If you don't have any competition for miles around and you can fill this need in your area then you could make a lot of money. Just have an exit strategy before starting your business. Each new restaurant in your area takes away from your potential sales so, it is important to now when to sell in advance.

Speaking about business and different firms, I insist on firms that do different restoration and data recover. Now, I am working with the dedicated development team as writer, research and create approaching content for blogs and learn how big company works.
