Come on, I would like to know if anyone has had this problem, I made a sale and sold something to a buyer and he demanded that I do something for him simply because he would not know how to do it, but I am not selling my support but only a material on how to do the service. Anyway I did the work for him to complete and he accepted my service and confirmed completing the purchase.1 day later I get a message from Seoclerks stating that my order has been canceled by the "ADMINISTRATOR" I ask, why can't I receive for a service that was accepted by the buyer?

Fraudulent purchases happen on every single platform out there, it's not just here, so we all have to deal with it.

SEOclerks obviously can't pay you the full amount of the order if they've just had a chargeback on their end. This means they lose the initial purchase and they also had to refund your money, which would mean they're losing 200% of the order.

Tracking fraudulent buyers isn't the easiest thing to do because anyone can register a completely legitimate account, verify it, and then use a debit/credit card that is their own but they can claim it was stolen and the banks tend to remove the recent purchases. This means it's almost impossible to track someone like this until they decide to perform these actions.

SEOclerks won't refund your money if there was a fraudulent purchase because it could have been you doing the chargeback. I'm not saying it is, but people have done that in the past, and I'm not exactly sure why they do it lol.

SEOclerks has a pretty extensive security system that catches most of the fraudulent purchases, but no system is perfect, and that's why we just have to take the good with the bad. There are thousands of transactions that come through this marketplace each day and there aren't many that are fraudulent due to the security set in place to protect everyone and their money.

The user should not have access to the product / service without Seoclerks confirming that the payment method is secure! Because we sellers also spend to provide a good product for people and we have no confidence that we will receive for it!To this day, the "user who supposedly did it" still has his active platform account! I also have no proof that it was really the wrong user! No answers!

Canceling a purchase order due to payment fraud is not wrong and the team should avoid it!

But with me it was different, they only canceled the purchase after the user had the product and after 4 days that the purchase was confirmed, so I still blame the seoclerks team for that!

I am also a victim of this. One buyer bought my 3 services pricing total $297. Seoclrek admin cancelled all three order saying that the buyer purchased through stolen money. My question is why his/buyer's account was not suspended if he did fraud?
But, customer support agent said me talk to buyer. So, we have nothing to do. We are helpless.

It's happen with me too, i lost my orders but SEOClerk's staff right at their decision. People were using other's card details.

I also think this is correct, but should do this check before the buyer completes the purchase order, I was only notified after 1 day the customer received and confirmed the service.

Agree SEOClerk send notification through email when buyer only added funds while purchasing your service.

SEOClerk want you to be ready but if they using someone else card then order will cancel before even come to process.

But when you even deliver order and SEOClerk team terminate buyer and cancel your order and you lost the money. It's happen with me, Someone purchase my cPanel/WHM (Reseller) yearly service This one i've delivered it, a day after i was waiting client to confirm the order but staff terminate him and cancel order. Service was already operational which is lost for me obviously i've done my job.

It's good that SEOClerk informing you before to be ready-to-deliver but i request SEOClerk team here please double check funds before client order with available funds.

This makes no sense, what fault do we have if the vendor did something wrong? Why does seoclerks allow it to receive the product / service without first verifying that it is actually using a legitimate form of payment?Our job is just to sell, and we don't know what's happening on the buyer's side, we need a secure platform that we have confidence in knowing that when we deliver our product we will get paid for it! (Honestly I think we are paying for a management mistake that should be the responsibility of the seoclerks team and not ours, they should not let the seller complete an order without first checking it!)

This is not good.
Make the names of the buyers public so we know how to stay away from them.
I think that you must send an email to support@seoclerks.com and request an explanation. If you receive one....tell us also.

Conclusion:You sell something and deliver it to the buyer, the buyer confirms the receipt and then you wait 6 to 9 days to receive the payment, but nothing guarantees that you will receive the sale amount if something goes wrong with the payment plus yours. service has already been sold and delivered to the buyer and has nothing else to do, you simply will not get paid for this sale. lol"I blame seoclerks for noticing this after 4 days of delivery, I just wanted to feel safe as a vendor!"
Sorry for the outburst, the more I did even more than I should and offer to the buyer, and after all this time I am notified that I will not receive for the work I did. Unfortunate!

I got too, and my balance -$280.but its ok, its come from bad buyer, and we can guest that.
