can't Track and manage my work

i have 2 Active Sales but when i click manage sales , i can't Track and manage my work... some buddy can help me please

You receive an email when someone orders your gigs, before they submit your instructions. You can't manage or track the orders at this point until they provide these instructions. It may take the buyer some time to prepare what you request.
