    The same thing also happens to me sometimes. All the ratings on my profile are positive(58 ratings). I am a level 3 user and sometimes don't get orders.
    There may be two reasons-
    1. Affiliate Marketers Don't promote my services for a while
    2. I don't know. Maybe posting something on the community brings new orders. It happens to me

    I think it's a normal because I am also no order in few weeks but my friend did.
