Here is the standard response you will receive when contacting support for help with your Payoneer removal:

Once a Payoneer account is associated to your account we are unable to change or remove it. If you need to make changes to your Payoneer account, please login to your Payoneer control panel or contact their support at https://payoneer.custhelp.com/app/Contact_us

How do I release/deactivate a payee ID from my Payoneer Account?

If you wish to release/deactivate a payee ID from your account, you will need to contact Payoneer (see options below for contact info) and provide Payoneer with the reason that you wish to do so.

Please make sure to state the name of the Payoneer mass payout company (Ionicware Inc) and payee ID that you wish to release/deactivate.

Once that is removed or deactivated, you should have the option to add a new Payoneer account to SEOClerks.
