what are the rules of custom order?

I have got a custom order. But it doesn't show in my sales. What will I do?

Have a wonderful day.

Its great you have received the custom order.
After you accept the custom order : it will go to the admin section.
When the admin approves than it will show on your sales panel.
After show of sales panel: you will start with work.

Hope you understand clearly.

The order will go in progress when your client write down in instruction to buyer box. Your order will pending until buyer not write in instruction box.I hope now you understand .Let me know if you need more clarificaiton .

I checked on your order which appears to be in progress. You can talk to the buyer on the order page and/or in private message. When you are done with the work, you can deliver. Once the order is completed and funds cleared, you will be paid to your balance.
