    Hey Buddies,

    I got some Updates to share Regarding some recent Issues; It will help you.

    We all know SEOClerks is going through several changes, Which may sometimes feel difficult but don't worry, everything will be all right. As lots of hard work going on behind.

    Here are some updates:

    1) SEOClerks is removing the forced seller fee page and instead will notify the users when an invoice has been created for them.

    2) Users can skip the invoice 3 times, each time for 24 hours (in other words, You can skip it for 3 days). After the third day, You have to pay it using any of SEOClerks payment methods.

    3) Affiliate commissions are being turned back on this week. Affiliates will earn the normal amount on orders that use SEOClerks payment methods (coinbase, myuser, balance) and will earn 50% of our seller fees (which equates to 5% of all orders).

    4) SEOClerks are in talks with a company that may allow users to sell underneath them which will give sellers payment methods. I hope that will solve the Payment method problem.

    SEOClerks Team working very Hard to bring things back to normal; we should keep supporting them and show our patience.

    Yep! All are great news. I already thinking about first one to offer Jordan but before that he resolved. Though I am taking more other matter.
    Affiliate commission only hold for few days but it has back week before. I already know Jordan talking with company for payment solution.
    But problem is many user talking without knowing fact. We trust in Jordan and he is very intellectual guy and everything will be normal soon.

    i am facing withdrawl issue my payoneer withdrawl is pending from 7 july was told 14 days but its still in pending state as its worrying i also contacted support directly they told me in next couple of days but still not got now i am in serious need of it help me on this?

    Also I want to know that like in my country their is no paypal some of my buyers told me they cannot order me as i donot have any paypal added ? so are you looking to find a solution for it or this is ended for us.
    Second thing I want to ask i also got a message to add card but my card was declined by site although i am using it for payment on many other sites . i got message of 0.3% fee? i am not getting money in pay pal how will this work will i have to pay extra additional fee by card ?

    we are really worried as no paypal in my country and adding paypal of others is risky not possible now? please we are still looking at Jordan to find a sloution for us?

    Hi,

    Regarding your withdraw, I understand your urgency. Please contact again with the support team. They will release it as soon as possible. Unfortunately, PayPal holds a significant amount of money of SEOclerks, which may delay the withdrawal. But they are trying their best to maintain everything. So please wait for them hope they will clear it soon.

    At the moment, Getting your own Paypal is the only solution if you want to receive Paypal Payments. Besides this, you can add AirTM. and Other Methods if you can. SEOClerks trying to add a default gateway for all they will announce that when it is ready. Till then, you have to manage within current solutions.

    Jordan and the Full team is trying their best to bring things back to normal. Don't think about the end right now. Keep patience and support the team.

    There is a 10% selling fee added on all sales, No matter how you receive the funds. It will charge your current balance first. If you have no balance, you have to pay through any accepted card or Payment method SEOClerks has.

    but the fee already cutting from my orders is 30% instead of old 20% and i am not getting payment directly in paypal as no paypal in my country all balance in seoclerck at the moment so will i have to pay 10% more by card to make total 40%?
    or 30% is final on balance as i am getting 0.70$ on 1$ sale in account ?

    The Fee has been changed, The Payment Gateway fee is 30% Per Sale, and It's added 10% More selling fees.
    In Total. If you use SEOClerks payment gateway order you have to pay 40% fees. and If you receive Payment direct you pay only 10%. I hope it's clear now to you.

    I suggest, If you think the fee is high raise your service price by adding the fees. and explain your clients. I hope it won't affect your business and earnings.

    I have PayPal payments integrated as my direct payment method. I just received an order for my software priced at $175, however, I only received $71 on my PayPal. I contacted the buyer about this, he told me that he had $104 in his SeoClerks balance and he only needed to pay a balance of $71 on PayPal.
    With that being said, I went on my revenue page, only to see $0 Upcoming Payments and the order was marked for *$175" direct PayPal payment. Yet, I did not receive $175 as explained above. I contacted SeoClerks and awaiting a response. It seems with these new changes, there is a new issue arising every day.
    What am I supposed to expect? Is SeoClerks going to charge me 40% fees for that order because it was split payments from SeoClerks balance and PayPal direct? That is quite unfair and sudden because I am not aware that buyers could pay through their balance while I have a direct payment method integrated.

    I think as you already contacted the support team they will answer you the best.

    My opinion: I guess, Here you will be charged only 10%. Because the funds you received in Paypal was direct and for Direct, there is only a 10% Selling fee. And Remaining Fund, I assume, Client had it in his balance from before add funds stop. SO that specific funds should be out of these fees. I believe, if needed Support team will make the adjustments.

    However, the Above text is my opinion only. So please don't judge it. It can be right or wrong.

    IF IT WILL BE SOLVED THEN WE GET THE OLD BY DEFAULT PAYMENT METHOD ?

    Once that is added, it will work like the default gateway. But as still, we are not sure about the details. So we should wait and keep patient for updates.
