Issue with the customers who direct pay via paypal

A lot of Coustomer come and buy traffic by direct paypal method

There is no objection for seo clerks with this method

we have (sellers) had lot of issue with these type of payments

i am not telling about all buyers most of the buyers are try to cheat us (sellers) we provide traffic fully after that completion of order they rejected simply and raise a dispute via paypal
they have 9 to 10 days of time but the buyers didn't respond on that time they respond only after completion of the order and they simply said they didn't receive the traffic

I think we (sellers) are the jokers here lol they even respond on given time we have all proofs and the paypal said plz send proofs I submitted all the proofs after 15 days the go directly to the buyers favor I don't know why?

seo team please look at that issue and solve sellers problems !!

Hi, I agree with you. It would be better if they could do something here. But I assume there is nothing much they can do.
Money comes on your Paypal. The buyer will dispute your Paypal. Seoclerks can't do anything here.

Suppose, Seoclerks made it too hard to enter the market Like they started verifying buyers before they buy. Most buyers will not come as no one likes to get hassle when they are trying to buy something. They have money they have options they will go wherever they feel comfortable and easy. SO if they put any pressure on it you will lose more clients.
Better deal as a problem and solve it on your own. My opinion.

Thanks
Suvo

Fiverr actually protects the seller from charge-back frauds from PayPal. Why is difficult for SEOclerks to do the same? This has been a major issue even before the recent changes.

Yes, that is true! Fraud buyers are becoming a trend here on SeoClerks, sellers have no protection. I had to license all of my software because of this issue, buyers were getting my software for free, full access, all my hard work down the drain. I remember developing an app, after sending the source code, the buyer disputed via PayPal, lost the sale and lost hours of hard work. These new changes they made were all rushed and not thoroughly researched before implementing. More issues will continue to arise.

Tq for the Information

one thing I want to say (Remove) paypal from seo

put another methods (I mean simple methods) and Enable add balance option

If seo do like this we (sellers) are also happy

i had few questions about percentage

Suppose a buyer buys a $1 order seo Took 30 percent $0.30 cents as a seo fee yes I agree with it

But why they charge 10 percent fee by direct paypal method

suppose if the buyer pay $1 order direct by paypal

paypal took ($0.40) and u guys took $0.10 as a fee bye direct paypal method we can get only $0.60 by paypal

if a customer raise a dispute they will charge ($0.60+0.40) by sellers side as per the Terms and conditions

But in seo they didn't return that 10 percent (0.10$)

its loss I think

Hope U guys understood and clear this problem

if we get a big order we loss very much

Hi balayya,
At first, you need to know some more information before starts calculating loss/profit.

30% Fee Calculations.

The payment methods you used from seoclerks which deducted 30% fee, It's because that payment method charges that fees, not seoclerks. seoclerks doesn't own that payment method. It's like you used your payment method and paid a 30% fee. It's not seoclerks earning. It's the payment processor charge. For example: When I deposit on Air TM they charge 20% means if I add 100 dollars to buy a service from seoclerks they add only $80 to my account as an available balance to use. Rest is their charge. This way you pay 30% for credit cards. It's a fee, not profit.

10% Calculations:
Though seoclerks policy says it's a fee means they earn it but they do not. As they provide 5%
from it to affiliate marketers who promote the marketplace and get you the sale. so remains 5% they earn as you know they also have cost to operate the market. and when an order is cancelled or you are refunded the fee does not return as an affiliate only brings clients in the market they don't know which order cancel or not. so that fee is not refundable. and you agreed to this policy when you accepted the seller fee update policy.

I hope it will help you to understand the scenario.

Thanks
Suvo

Actually, This is pretty tough to prove that the traffic you have provided is because of you.
Digital service providers mostly failed on disputes as there is nothing they can Prove directly.
PayPal always keeps buyers on the 60% side and sellers on are 40% side.
So the seller has to provide something extraordinary to win or you will lose like that.

Thanks
Suvo
