Maybe he has an infraction or he was given negative feedback which retes him less than 90%

It could be happen may reason 1. For getting infraction
2. For getting many negative feedback contrast with positive feedback and percentage may below 90%

maybe because they have a infraction or under 90% feedback or someone has reported them or a another seller has reported them

When questions answer was fall down for this reason sometimes level is down. so give answer more and more. otherwise negetive feedbacks or infraction could be the reason for this.

Maybe doing a bad job delivering and order, or Scammed a buyer?
Scamming a buyer can lead to you getting a ticket, witch i believe suspends your account or downgrades your level!
