How do i get my money back when seller?

Im trying to get my money back from a seller i offered a mutual cancellation and he said he would do the job but he is like 8 days past his time to finish the order. can anyone help me?

cancel order by mutual cancel if your seller not accepting it you can ask to support for force cancel of that order... thanks
