it mentioned submit the required instructions but I cant understand what are the instruction seller need. there is nothing in any instruction mentioned here

You could simply ask the seller in your inbox what instructions are needed & submit that on the order page.

or if you think something went wrong (bug), please reach out to help desk, they'll assist ASAP

Now my order item was sent to the seller but I have not yet received the service I purchased. Help Desk I seek their support. thank you for your support.
