    mean clearing day will be of 1 day! after completion only 1 day more to withdraw funds to you paypal

    Level One seller has to wait for clearing fund it almost even after completion of the order by the buyer..

    if buyer mark completed your order then it further takes 9 days to clearing fund.. 
    if buyer not mark completed immediately after delivery, then after  5 days its mark completed automatically and further 9 days for clearing fund 

    if you became level-3 its mean you have to not wait for clearing period that is 9 days... you can withdraw fund 1 day after completion the order instead of 9 days...
