Who downgraded my Level???

After being inactive for a few months, I came back this week and noticed that my level has changed from 3 to 1- then 2. I was already stuck on Level 3 for way too long, now it just gets worse. That's not fair. Don't make me loose my reputation, LOL. Give me my Level back! Who downgraded my Level???

Well, I guess it's easier for seller than buyer to get their level back.

Just follow the user-level procedure and you'll be back to level 3. You can check the user-level requirements so you can know what's really delaying you.

You lost your level simply because you were inactive. Just start being active again and it will go back up quickly.

Thanks, but I was active and my level never changed because I didn't make enough purchases. I earned my levels, so I think I shouldn't loose them. But that's ok...

Message support about this. Sometimes their systems pick up on certain indicators. Are you responding promptly to your customers? Either way, they are very attentive and will be able to help you.

Yes, I do respond promptly to my customers. That's not really a big deal for me and I will not be changing anything. I'm mostly everywhere now and I'm loving it.
