I need to Withdraw my Dollar. But I have only Islami Bank Platinum Visa Card (BD). What can I do now And Which account is best for me.

The withdrawal is not accepted from any Visa/Master Card. The only withdrawal options are Wise, Airtm, Payoneer & Hyperwallet!

You can Open a Airtm Account. From Airtm Account you can withdraw with Bkash
