    It's all depends on what service you are selling. IF you think you are selling the service that buyers use the most then you can feature your service for more sell or highlight your service for promotion.

        Have no Infractions (follow the rules)
        Login Often (once per 14 days)
        Account is at least 7 days
        Completed 1 Payment Withdrawal that is 20 days old
       First Completed Sale is at least 30 days old

    you must have to do all things in right time if you do this in quick time then you can be in level 2 in very fast time but it take 1 month or more not possible before that
