I am using a newsletter system which is very expensive. I have around 28k customers and I need a inexpensive and good newsletter system. What are you using and how much do the charge?

So many companies and such always go to newsletter systems which is very unfortunate.. I say create your own, or hire someone to create one for you.. shouldn't be that much, and probably cheaper than paying premiums. One major fiasco is finding a cheap and quality hosting provider willing to distribute 28k mails a month or so.. Creating your own mailing system ensures your clients their data, or whatever is not going through a 'middleman' service.. and it seems more professional to email your clients directly from your website's email than a masked email address.
